It was a beautiful room, spacious with everything you need. The staff were lovely and very helpful. They even had a complimentary ice cream machine, snacks and juice in the lobby. It was also only a ten min walk to the night market.

The staff spoke little English, we were able to communicate through google translate though and they really worked hard to understand what I was trying to say.

Clean, comfortable, large room. Very nice staff. Nice common room with complimentary snacks. No bicycle storage inside but they loaned me a lock to lock up my steed at the front door—intact come morning. A good stay whilst cycling round Taiwan. Thank you!

The hotel was conveniently located, the air-conditioning was easy to use and had no issues, the bathroom was of a good size and the shower was v easy to use. I appreciate the special water which the hotel uses (was it spring water?) whether for shower or for drinking. The bed was comfy and staff were helpful. Parking was conveniently located across the street from the hotel and absolutely fuss-free. A great hotel to stay at if you’re looking for one in Hualien city.

We stayed in Hualien for 4 nights and we loved this little hotel. The coffee, tea, soft serve ice cream and snacks are available 24/7 in the "dining room" just off the main lobby. The coffee was outstanding. We would take a mid afternoon or after dinner break in the "dining room" that felt like our own private cafe. The hotel front desk is staffed all day and night and they were very helpful, either calling a taxi for us or giving us directions. The hotel is very close to several excellent breakfast places and an awesome tofu pudding stand. We also got great massages from a place 2 blocks away. The bathroom in our room was spacious and very clean. Each room comes with a kettle and a small fridge so we'd get fresh fruit from the market and store it in the fridge.

There is no closet and it was a bit tricky finding a place to open our luggage other than the floor. However, this was a minor detail

    Everything

Small breakfast need to be arranged by oneself. Thus no issue at all, e.g. Liming Black Tea nearby and snack room inside Pink Corner including coffee machine perfect!

Location! At the side of city centre, which means away from the hustle bustle of the city centre but it is a very convenient location. There are few eateries for breakfast and we had a great Taiwanese dinner at Fu Gong Happiness Restaurant which is a short walk from the hotel. There is also a laundry just adjacent to the hotel.

We loved the room itself. Very clean, updated and comfortable. We also enjoyed that you could help yourself to coffee, juice and cookies anytime from the restaurant area. We did not have breakfast there.

We had never been to Hualien before and only stayed for one night so didn't experience anything negative.

Rooms are new and hotel is decorated with love. You can get free coffee and rent a bike for free, also a nice idea. Staff is nice & tries to help.

I recommend booking it without breakfast as they don’t serve breakfast but give you a coupon worth less than you pay for the breakfast option. Some ridiculous rules: if something in the room breaks, you should pay 10x its price? Checking out 10 minutes late costs 15% of one nights room charge!? These kind of crazy rules don’t make you feel comfortable but feel like it‘s just about making money. If you don‘t speak Chinese I don‘t recommend staying here. They won‘t be able to help you for booking tours or give advice on activities around as they hardly speak English.

    Very good service and clean

When the elevator opens, I don't know if it smells like smoke or a sour smell.
