We find the breakfast food items were not served in food warmer hence it get cold easily.

It is located next to a cineplex with very limited choice of food. Within walking distance u can check out the night market and other available food choices

Only 1 lift and need waiting long time when many ppl check in together and morning breakfast time.

The great breakfast, we are very like it. Location also is nearby shopping mall, and walking around 7-10mins to night market & morning market. Room are clean and comfortable.

the elevator is always full of hotel guests and you need to wait for ages to have a ride lobby is small and travellers in group always occupy the tiny lobby with a lot of noise

The bed was really hard. Not a problem for me but it might be for most people.

Although the hotel indicates no smoking, but the corridor and rooms do have smell of smoking. It is terrible. Hotel is near to the coach (bus) interchange, so it is noisy throughout the night. Can hear people talking and traffic sound. No USB charging, need to have a traveller adapter. No handwash provided. Shower area has a half size glass partition, water is everywhere after showering. Room is very small. No walking space, no space to open luggage. Everything in hotel needs to pay (snacks or toiletries). No free snacks like other hotels. Only tea and syrup drink are free. Bed is very hard.

Breakfast variety is good. The staff upgrades the room to 4pax room, nice gesture.

Shower area poorly designed, need to rectify so that water doesn’t splash all over bathroom floor. Mattresses were rock hard, only good for short stay with little sleep. Very noisy as neighbouring buildings have late night karaoke sessions and the windows are not sealed well.

Excellent location next to the old railway station. Close to convenience stores and a wet market the street. Provides secure car parking nearby. Very near the bus station which is just across the street. Staff were nice and polite.

there is no sound proofing of the windows or doors. we could hear footsteps outside the room as well as clearly hearing people talked by the sidewalk. maybe higher levels could be better as we were allocated 2nd level. the bathroom is super small and we managed to kill spiders and fly in the room.
