My husband and I loved our stay here. Everything was perfect and the family running the property was so kind. We will absolutely stay again if we are ever back in Kenting :)

Friendly owner and easy to communicate Good location

No lift

Location is super convenient as it is very close to the main strip, but far enough back that you don't get the noise pollution. The facilities of the property itself are clean and well maintained. A lot of wood finishes with soft touches. Space was comfortable and functional for our family of 4. The hosts were very friendly and communicative over Line (app widely used in Asia) and had suggested visiting one of the other local night markets which only opens on Sundays (worth it!).

No heated bidet and you'll be getting very intimate with your behind with the thin toilet paper (understandable because the plumbing infra might not support it, but be ready). The included breakfast with the voucher becomes repetitive, fast. At another stay in Taipei, the vouchers offered a variety of shops where it could be used so you can switch it up. No water filter for drinking water and it felt wasteful using the free bottled water. No tea provided in the common area (though a few sachets were in the room). Surrounding areas could use a bit of cleanup; the lot across from the "mountain view" room was unfortunately filled with a bit of litter which diminished the view. A general neighborhood cleanup would do wonders for every B&B there.

Clean and spacious room, very accommodating host. Walking distance to the night market, and very good included breakfast. They also have great recommendations on restaurants in the area. The host didn't speak much English, but I was traveling with relatives from Taiwan (and Google Translate works pretty well) so it wasn't a problem.

On days we elected to get the outside breakfast or the host was not making it, they gave vouchers for an outside brunch restaurant, which was ok.

The room was immaculately clean. The owner generously offers complimentary coffee, water, and homemade breakfast. The service staff is exceptionally friendly, creating a homelike atmosphere. They are sincerely helpful in answering any questions. Surpassing my expectations, they welcomed us even before our arrival, responding promptly to our text sent 20 minutes prior, and ensuring we located the property correctly. The experience was pleasantly predictable, and it was evident that they made extra efforts, such as adding soundproofing and providing earplugs. Throughout our stay, the room remained remarkably quiet, and we experienced no disturbance, despite the presence of children in the building.

Nothing. One suggestion: I hope they will provide a list of local spots to visit, perhaps even a simple handout. While not essential, it would greatly assist tourists like us. Additionally, offering local suggestions, such as restaurants worth visiting, would be an excellent enhancement.

The property is clean and new. I can tell the owner spends a lot of time maintaining their hotel. Also, it is very close to the Kenting main street, and you just need to walk 1-3 minutes to get there. The owner is amiable and helped us, especially since we could not pay after we booked. They trusted us and kept the room. They do provide a yummy breakfast and brown sugar milk tea. My whole family loved it.

I think I like everything, but they don't have an elevator so if you live on the 3rd floor and you need to carry your luggage.

There wasn't anything I disliked about this hotel but I was surprised by all the stray cats in the area (they are everywhere around the night market side streets). They are mild but be careful when you open the door in the morning since they sometimes nap infront of the door!
