Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe location was a bit hard to find at first, because google Maps showed me another location, which was close, but not the right one. After asking a local I could find the hostel.
The hostel is in a nice location. Close enough to the Hengchun Bus Station, so that you can walk there easily. The bed was very comfortable. Towles and Shampoo / Body Wash were provided. The room was clean even had a balcony.

United StatesOur stay was too short! Wish we could have stayed longer! Everything was great, no complaints!
The room was immaculately clean, the shower's temperature and pressure were good, the bed was comfortable, but what made the stay the best was that the host was terrific, she really went above and beyond, helping us find a scooter to rent, keeping our stuff while we explored the town after check-out, and more! Good people make a place really stand out!

Germanywe booked 3 nights and had to change the room for the last night, I didn’t really understand why. that was a bit annoying because we had to pack all our staff again. the wifi wasn’t the best
the staff was so friendly and helpful. the rooms actually look way better than on the pictures, I think it’s freshly renovated? the location was good and quiet for sleeping. there was a water dispenser and everything was super clean :)

United StatesI had a lovely two-night stay at Kenting Orange Homestay. The room was simple yet clean and comfortable. The location was quiet, within an easy walk to the Hengchun Old Street, Night Market (Sunday only), and Bus Transfer Station. But the star of the homestay was the hostess, who was cheerful and friendly. She was prompt in communicating and provided tips on nearby attractions and activities. She also offered me the most delicious local seasonal fruits for snacks. I highly recommend 墾丁橘色旅店 to future travelers.

Hong KongIt is mostly self service.
When I arrive this homestay, the staff is doing the cleaning. Luckily I am able to get the room after a short while. This is good! However, the staff is busy doing the cleaning and I am unable to ask her anything about Hengchun or paid the room charge before I left the room. When I came back after dinner, I finally met someone that I can speak to, paid the room charge and borrow a knife and plate. That is a bonus. The room is at a very reasonable price, so that is at my expectation.
