That my capsule / room came without locker, so I left my backpack and suitcase on the floor next to the capsule, room could be accessed only by the guys I shared room with, but still little uncomfortable/worrying for me. Showers were little bit dirty, but nothing you can't expect after day of usage, shampoo and soap are free for all.

Hotel was clean, quiet, well air conditioned, with little bit of more rules, but told clearly and written in English, with nice, welcoming and pro-customer staff. I am 190cm almost, amd capsule was big enough for me, if you are 200cm or more, you might have problem stretching inside.

The communal room door was banging every time it closed and with 12 in the room and 12 toilet breaks at night it wasn’t comfortable. Everything else was silent then just once in a while a loud bang.

Loved the location, and the pods. They are perfect.

No lockers for the room I stayed in, so I had to keep my luggage in my pod.

As a tall person, I often need to sit in the shower so I can scrub my feet more easily. I would have liked it if they had installed metal or plastic benches in the shower stalls. Other than this minor inconvenience, I didn't have any issues staying here.

The staff here were nice and fair. It has a cute bear theme all throughout, making the look of the place unique. On-site laundry facility is quick and easy to use.

1. I don't like the smell in the room. But the smell just in the room not in capsule. 2.The mattress is already thin I can feel the metal floor of the capsule. I think should replace it with a new.

I like the capsule space.its big space. The toilet is clean and big.have separated toilet for shower and change clothes.so our clothes not wet after shower. The staff is friendly and easy to talk

I had a great stay! The capsule hotel was very clean with fresh air and no odors. The shower area was well-designed with a separate dry/wet space and a spot to place items. That's super convenient for me. The bed was bigger and more comfortable than I expected. Best of all, it’s right across from the MRT station. Loved the overall experience!

There was only two toilets and two showers on the floor, but lots of rooms. The bed was quite hard, good for a short term stay, but not long term

Excellent location, just minutes away from train station and a night market and staff were very kind and friendly. The capsule was very spacious and the locking feature is useful . Note- you have to press HARD on the lights to turn them on, I struggled to turn them on until I saw the review whrre host mentioned this

People don't speak English, the toilet is dirty, and the receptionist starts to work at 10 AM every day. I left early and I needed a refund for the towel but I talked with a cleaner and she helped me.

Could be a little cheaper. Considering the fact there were two of us and we payed more than for one hotel room than we shared in the different hostel I would suggest making prices a little lower so that not only solo travellers could benefit from staying in this place. Plus it was the only place in Taiwan who charged us for leaving luggage for several hours after check-out.

Nice staff, interesting experience if you never tried living in capsules, good location (there are many places to eat + bus station nearby)

In the bottom capsule anybody who makes any noise whatsoever in the top capsule sounds like a speaker down below including snoring dropping anything on the plastic Shelf or just rotating positions it is definitely not soundproof as advertised. Ear plugs are a must as people come and go in the room all the time and even though most are respectful there's a constant movement and Noise of people coming and going. Also I think there might have been something in my capsule that kept me sick the entire nine days I was there cuz as soon as I left I started getting better literally within an hour! Some kind of respiratory thing affecting me from day one but every day that I would leave to run errands it got better and as soon as I came back it got worse couldn't smell anything out of the ordinary but definitely had a respiratory sickness because of it. That being said I will say everything appeared to be clean when when I checked in and used it.

Great location, right opposite the train station & near bus stations. Also, the night market is round the corner, with shops (e.g. departmental stores, cosmetic shops) within walking distance! Layout was great too. Capsule was cosy.

Don't provide towels. You can buy them from the 7-Eleven nearby, but bit expensive... ~100NTD The door of the capsule is super noisy... (it is metal), so opening it during the night can be anxious.

The place was clean and comfortable. Easy accessible from the metro station, and in a location with Coin Laundry and markets nearby (one of them being in the same building). Door of the capsule feels secure.

The lockers were slightly too small to hold my luggage, so that would have been good to know in advance.

The general area and facilities were clean + staff were very helpful. The people staying there were generally considerate as well which made it a pleasant stay.

nothing much, the showers could have been cleaner but I have seen worse.

It was the first time for me to use a capsule type of accommodation and I was a bit apprehensive at the beginning but it actually turned out to be a nice experience and I would recommend it especially during the weekend when hotel rates in Taipei are generally a rip off. It is easy to find, a short walk from metro station, staff speaks English, rooms are clean.

The price is really attractive! The capsule is really big and you have a lot of space in it! There is a lot of shower so you don't have to wait for it. You have a locker so your stuff while be safe! I will recommend the hostel !

Wifi was a little slow and my safe in my capsule was broken.
