Reviews of Harmony Ocean Hotel

From start to finish everything was perfect. Owner was quick to respond to enquiries and gave useful tips. We stayed 3 nights and location wise, perfect for us. The night market is just behind and many shops and restaurants too. Next door is a coin operated laundromat and free breakfast at a diner 3 doors down serving homemade food. The hotel proposed fresh brewed coffee in the morning. You can walk to XIAOWAN beach for a swim. They lend towels and umbrellas. The owner even had dropped us off at the bus stop this morning for our express bus back to Kaoshiung. We'll definitely come back again.

Everything was perfect.

First: the owners of this small hotel: a warm welcome and they really took care of us! Second: comfortabel and spacious rooms with everything you need. Good shower. Balcony with seaview! And gardenchairs too. Third: close to beaches. Walking distance. And close to streetmarket. Hotel lies quiet though. Car can be parked in front of the hotel. Breakfast in café next to the hotel.

Super friendly and helpful host, helped us plan our entire stay. He served with all kinds of information. The hotel is located in a quiet place right next to the beach and next to the "bird house" where you can see endemic species of Taiwanese birds. It is 200 m to the night bazaar.

Literally a one minute walk to the main street and the beach. Did not need to bring anything, main street has all sorts different stores and the hotel offers beach towels to guests.

Very spacious room with convenient location. Things are clean and comfortable. Super friendly host who are willing to answer your questions and make you feel home.

The hotel is perfect. Great location, right by the bus stop and the beach. It is one street down from the main road, so it's quiet and calm. The hosts were incredibly attentive and kind. The room was clean and comfortable. Bonus that you can rent a scooter at the hotel!

Everything was perfect!

We had a perfect stay and enjoyed it for the short time we had. We loved the room, coziness of it, the wonderful orange curtains that made the morning feel like an eternal sunrise, the coffee at the lobby, the map provided and the hosts welcoming attitude and helpfulness in every step of our stay. We were so relaxed knowing that they take care of us. Can only recommend this lovely hotel!

Really good location, owners were super friendly and show me places where to go and what to do , Even rent scooter / motobike without any additional questions , it was really smooth. Definitely recomment

We had a great stay at Harmony Ocean Hotel! The beds were comfortable, free bottled water was a nice touch, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. Renting a scooter through the hotel was super easy and convenient. The location is perfect, only a 2-minute walk to Kenting Night Market, just 10 minutes to the swimming beach and right next to a laundromat.

Basic place just to sleep for a night

Bathroom light too dim and breakfast was at a nearby shop, just a drink with a simple bun with fried chicken nugget and fried egg inside, coffee was lukewarm

Easily accessible and very near the beach, perfect location! Also enough distance from all the parties at the night market. The hosts are mega friendly and really take the time to greet and help you. I cannot recommend the hotel enough! Beds were comfortable and the room was big :). Breakfast is served next door, I’d recommend the egg pancake which is quite ok :). Hope to be back here one day :)

Its on the perfect location and convenient. I travelled from Kaohsiung and it was close to the bus stop. There's a night market in the back street. There are a number of convenience stores and restaurants. I am vegetarian and it wasn't a problem for me to find vegetarian food. The beach is just on the front. The room was very spacious and clean and came with all required facilities. The staff was so kind and helping. They provided everything that i needed. If i visit Kenting again, I'd stay with them for sure :)

The hotel is at very nice place, next to the beach and far enough from noisy main street. The hosts were very nice - always available and very helpful. We coluld even stay in the room longer after official check out time. The room is enough spacious, very well equipped. The balcony with sea view is great! The breakfast is served in small restaurant in vicinity - very good quality. The tea and coffee is available at the reception.

The location is a stone's throw away from the beach so it's really nice. The balcony looks out into the ocean so it's amazing for me as well. Breakfast is a short walk from the hotel and the option is really good - i compared the "paid" breakfast list with their original/paid list and most of the good stuff is there in the former.

Service was great: the staff provided additional amenities such as extra bags and water and fruits, as well as some sand toys for the kids. They also provided local recommendations and gave us rides to the forest area and provided some info. Location was right next to dawan, which had nice sand and lots of hermit crabs that the kids liked. Also very close to night market.
