Staff very accommodating, very spacious - almost an apartment. Good location, right in the main street / night market. Nice take away breakfast :)

Due to the location, it can be a bit noisy, although the noise dies down once the market closes. The furniture is a bit old / used and / or lacking, and could be a bit more comfortable / organised better.

Such a wonderful host family! The property is very clean. Breakfast was delivered to my door. My bicycle was stored indoors.

The view of the room is perfect!!! All the kitchenwares are mostly settled! The vintage furniture is beautiful ❤️

The location is in the mountain area, suggesting that go there by car or you need to walk a bit way

Friendly and accommodating host, great breakfasts bought straight to your room in the morning! Great central location close to the night market and local attractions. Very comfortable beds, and room was nicely decorated and clean.

The host is so helpful and friendly. We loved the cats and my kids and I enjoyed petting them and spending time with them. Many of the cats have been injured in the streets and it seems the host has rescued these cats and provided them with a better life. The staff helped carry our luggage to our rooms upstairs. The host helped me wash my clothes and told me where I could go down the street to use a dryer. The breakfasts were so delicious, and what a treat that they were delivered to our rooms . The place is right on the street of the night market so it is easy to just step out and immediately begin enjoying the market. In fact, the host has a night market stand right in front of her place that sells roast pork that is absolutely delicious. You have to try it! The beach is walking distance away and we enjoyed watching the sunset there.

Excellent location, right above the night market. Family run and staff are very helpful and friendly but give you lots of privacy. They have 5 rescued cats which is a plus point for cat lovers. Very good value for money.

The hospitality of the host is amazing. She is so welcoming and helps you with whatever you need. They brought our luggage to our rooms and took them down when we checked out. My kids and I loved the sweet cats there and spent as much time as we could in the cat room petting the cats and letting them sit in our lap. The location is amazing, right on the same street as the night market and very close to the beach. The breakfast was a delicious sandwich with fruit and it felt very healthy yet tasty. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The vibe is one of feeling welcome and comfort.

First of all, I do not often write reviews on places where I have been. But it's a personal obligation for me to do so for this hotel "HELLO - Make Yourself at Home", as it was one of the best places I have been on my travels around the world! I stayed at this place for 2 weeks and in fact, it's not only a hotel with everything, you'd expect from it, but the name of the hotel says it all. Julia, Max and Lia make you feel at home, the moment you arrive. Seriously. They will read any wish from your eyes and will help you with just about everything you need or you want to do. You always find a smile that greets you. From the delicious breakfast that was served to my room every morning (yes, indeed!), whenever you come back to the hotel until the evening, when you may always have a little chat about all sorts of things, if you want to. The rooms are big, spotless clean and nicely decorated, beds were very comfy, the air-condition works great, you get a large number of TV-channels, also some in English and of course you find other typical amenities as well. And all this for a very affordable price. In addition, it's right on the road, where you will find the Kending nightmarket every night and yes it's true, it will take you only 5 min to a 1,5 km sandy beach and the turquoise ocean. If you want to hike in Kenting NP, it's also close by. So what more could you expect? I can highly recommend this family hotel and will return for sure. I'd give six stars, if that were possible.

Julia was super helpful. Thanks to her we were able to visit Kenting without having a car or a motorcycle. Her property is very nice and welcoming, close to the beach and the night market. The room is large, with a living room attached and the bathroom is very roomy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The location is really very convenient, directly to the Kenting Express to little Bay Walk a few steps can be reached, and at night the Kenting Street night market is right in front of the store Also，What I can't believe is the great breakfast I get every morning and the packing ahead of time when I need to catch the bus to leave early Thanks to the patience and help of hosts, I had a very comfortable vacation!

They have cats. They respond to calls really quickly. The staff is very friendly. They provide breakfast and even bring it up to your room. The breakfast is really healthy too- like fruit & a sandwich with black tea. There is a mini-fridge in the room

The bathroom is a very wet bathroom. I wish there was a water refill on the first floor.

The Mountain View from the room is awesome. The bed and the couch are very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.
