Great location right next to ximending, in a quite street. Very clean, Good service from the staff and unexpected treats

We had a two-bed room and they were twin-size. I was falling off left and right throughout the night. I don’t think having a one large bed room would solve the problem, as we could easily be kicking each other off while asleep. There was also no space to open our luggage flat on the floor. The top side had to stand up next to the wall. But this is to be expected due to the central location.

It’s super close to Ximending that we went back multiple times just to drop off items that we bought. Air conditioning is adequate and there’s free ice-cream bars and other snacks, which are very welcome due to the hot weather. Laundry is free, although detergent costs money.

There is no public area where I can work or enjoy my food. Also, I could hear my neighbors taking showers at night.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! This is the best part. I also like the location of this hotel, which is just 5 minutes from the MRT station.

The AC in the hallway is WAY too cold. The room was set to 20C when I arrived, which is too low. I stayed at another hotel that said it set their AC to 26. Honestly, nothing should be less than 23. My hotel room didn't warm up because the hallway was so cold. The other thing is that breakfast coupons were far away. I did not realize that when I booked. You have to go to local chains far from the hotel. Do not get the breakfast included, there are closer and better places to go.

I love the free snacks in the lobby, the facilities are extremely clean, the staff were extremely helpful with my suitcases, and I love the pink light in the room for sleep.

The rooms are really small, but manageable.

The hotel is great, the room is clean! Beds are comfy. The location is superb! Very close to Ximending night market. There are also lots of restaurants around, and there's 7/11 in front of the hotel. The TV is smart TV so was able to watch in Youtube while having vacation. Will definitely consider booking this hotel again.

Excellent Location and convenience. 2 minute walk to subway and Ximen. A lot of local food and restaurants around and staff were incredibly helpful. Laundromat too!

Happy all area's with no complaints

Great small hotel. It's quite new and in perfect condition. My room size was perfect for 1 with light luggage. Bed was very comfy and beautiful bed linen. The bathroom had a modern electric toilet/bidet, and the shower water pressure was amazingly nearly painful. No bottled water but water filters on floors. + a modern laundry area that is always very handy. The staff were very helpful and polite and would arrange a taxi if you didn't have an app. All in I enjoyed my stay at the orange Hotel. And would recommend.

Located right in the heart of Ximending, just a 5-minute walk to the vibrant Ximending Shopping Street — super convenient for exploring the area. 5 minutes walk to ximen MRT..The rooms are relatively small but functional and clean, perfect for a short stay. The hotel doesn’t serve breakfast directly, but they provide meal vouchers for nearby restaurants. We tried MOS Burger with the voucher, and it was great! A solid choice if you’re looking to stay in the center of all the action in Taipei.

It didn't have a fridge but there is one at the main front desk. There was no full body mirror so I instead used the glass reflection of the shower door.

Pillow is too soft and you only get 1 pillow. You may ask for extra but not readily available. Room is small even with balcony.

Good location in Ximending, situated beside red house, won’t easily get lost. Room is clean and the necessary anemities are provided.
