Unfortunately, the staff don’t speak English, so we thought dinner was at a different time and didn’t get to try it.

Very comfortable rooms. Being able to try on a kimono was a really nice touch. Good breakfast.

We liked almost everything about this accommodation, from room sleek design (Jap inspired tatami), location - within 5 mins of walk from train station, supper & breakfast options were great & tasty, zero noise from the busy street downstairs. Friendly & Helpful Staff - helped us to connect with restaurant & make good recommendations.

No major complaints. Our hot spring tub was actually very slow so we didn’t get full use of it. However we only stayed one night. The other 2 rooms we booked had no issues with the tub.

We booked 3 rooms here and everyone loved it. The rooms were clean as were the hot spring tubs. Everything was simple, modern and comfortable. Bathroom had a bidet, shower was next to the hot spring tub not in it which was a good idea so you can use both at the same time. They offer a night time snack (tea eggs, congee, sweet tofu dessert soup, sweet potato). They also offer yukatas for you to borrow and take pictures in which I didn’t have time to do but very cool. For our room we had 2 adults 1 kid and they provided an extra blanket for the kid which was very thoughtful. We all fit on the bed easily and slept well. Breakfast was huge portions and gave 2 options for us to pick from.

The only thing can be improved is that the capacity of elevator.

Supper like!! Good location, near station and near the food area. The best part is the facility of the room. I can almost swim in the bathtub.

The blinds for the window let in too much light in the morning, which woke me up earlier then I wanted. No water bottles in the room.

Looks great, Japanese vibe, the hotspring in the room was nice. The bed was cool lots of space, locations was good and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Car park

Facilities were good and room is comfortable. Only problem was with the carpark. It wasn’t connected to the hotel and you have to drag your luggage down the slope where the cars are coming in. There is no drop off point for us to unload as well. Other than that everything’s good and a simple supper is provided.

The elevator is a bit too small.

The ambient vibe of the hotel makes you relaxed. Room furniture is in good design.The night snack is perfect and great in detail.

A Japanese styled hotel. Beautiful, very new and feels really good from the moment we stepped in. Service is great and especially the front desk. The reception is very helpful and kind. We booked 2 rooms and both are spacious. We love the bed, and the large private hot spring water soak in our own room. Location is very convenient, right in the centre of everything.. restaurant, 24hr stall, food etc.. We will readily return again.

No laundry facilities, but luckily we found one 24h self service one 5 mins walk away. The bed is perhaps too soft for me and my back aches afterwards, so I went to massage 2 times between my 3 day trip.

It has hot spring in our own room, the bathtubs are huge and can easily fit both of us in there. They also provide snacks around 8-10pm, I think it could literally be another meal 🤣 also they provide massage with a discounted price but it is very popular and they only take cash for massage.

The room is small with no comfortable chair or desk. The breakfast is not worth the price, and the massage is also expensive given the simple massage room (only divided by curtains).

The breakfast is not worth the price of the room, very cheap quality food and coffee, although the staff service is excellent. The staff is great, quick to respond to enquiry and sorted out the noice issue promptly. The room is very clean.

The standard double room we stayed in is actually more suited for one person. It is very small. After opening 2 luggages, we could hardly had space to walk. We also need to stretch out to reach out for the hangers (only 2 provided) once luggages are opened. The sink in the toilet is extremely tiny. Very difficult to do our washing up and water would splash all over the wall and floor. Please avoid room 212 as I think part of the room space is being cut out for the water dispenser outside (from floor plan). I find it is unfair to charge the same price as the other standard double room which is much more spacious. This room should be listed as a SINGLE room instead. My wife and I didn’t enjoy the stay as we feel it is too cramped for 2 person. The pictures listed online are also deceiving as the first 2 pictures show the images of the bigger room. We requested for a change in room but no standard double room was available then and we had to top up should we upgrade our room.

The lift is very small. The standard double room size is a lot smaller than similar hotels nearby. There’s no other SPA facilities rather than a hot tub in the room. All in all, I didn’t enjoy this stay. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone
