The aircon and the ventilation in the bathroom are a bit loud.

The only thing that was not easy to get to was the toilet which was hidden behind the door. The sitting area of the toilet was extremely small.

Hotel is near MRT and bus station, which is easy to connect to other stations. The room is clean and so spacious not like most hotels in the Taipei City.

First room had a strong burnt plastic smell. After a bit of back and forth with the front desk, we were able to change rooms. Receptionist was professional the entire time. If going to TPE airport, take an Uber rather than public transportation unless you don't mind taking up to 1.5 hours to commute. Uber was 40 minutes without traffic.

Clean, modern hotel. Breakfast buffet was good. Convenient location right next to Huzhou BR21 metro station. We also found a great authentic beef noodles restaurant a couple blocks away, filled with locals. Highly recommend that as well.

The position where the toilet is placed is too close to the wall and small bin, feel uncomfortable and narrow to sit on it.

Clean, neat and no odd smell. The room and bathroom are really spacious and bright. I also got the good view from my windows. Thumbs up to the service staff!!

The only drawback was that the neighborhood is quite far so it would take us 45-60min to reach any of the sites by metro or bus. The metro is right next to the hotel though, so even that was easy.

Big rooms, perfect for families. We had plenty of space and the hotel provided us with a crib and a baby bathtub. The staff were very nice. Special mention to Allen, who went out of his way with recommendations. He was very welcoming and proactive, made our stay even nicer. The neighborhood is great, so many food options around. Also Dahu Park close by, and you can even do some proper hikes walking-distance from the hotel.

By western standards the bed was a tad too firm, but this is common in Asian countries.

Staff were very friendly and spoke English which is great for travelers that don’t speak much Mandarin. The hotel is right by the MRT and a beautiful park with a great buffet breakfast.

When I messaged the hotel via Booking.com about pick up and drop off area, it took them almost 24hr to respond.

Very spacious. Clean, modern and had some great extras. Easy access to the MRT. The coffee machine in the room was an A+. Good wifi and amazing staff. Staff were do helpful, polite and smiling. I loved the place as it was highly recommended by a friend.

Breakfast is not moslem friendly. Almost all food contain pork. I expect to have mirror inside the room. The only mirror is in the bathroom.

Great location, very near to convenient stores and train station as well as buss shelters. Great interior room and bathtub. Snacks refilled everyday.

When we walk out of the our room to go the elevators, the air in the hallways and corridors are always humid, stuffy and stale. There is a powder room / toilet next to the living room which is convenient but it smells. There is a sink conveniently place next to the coffee maker to wash your own cups and glasses. Though not dirty or clogged, the sink smells as well.

The room is spacious. Close to convenience shops, supermarkets & pharmacies. The establishment has a halal certification for its rooms (but do take note, the certification doesn’t include the restaurant.)
