Restaurant staff need to smile and be more attentive. We stayed 4 nights and every time we went to the restaurant we had to seat ourselves and get our own menus.

Check in staff were very pleasant. Restaurant food is always good. As we visit often, it would be nice to see some new items on the menu. Pool area needs more shade/umbrellas. Bar staff were good, especially Mel and Kevaughn

The beds were super firm and uncomfortable to sleep on and the TV did not work. The bathroom area was a bit small and lacked sufficient amenities.

The scenery and view from my room was very beautiful and peaceful. The bedroom was spacious and there were utensils available in the kitchen area for use. The AC worked well. Location is very good to the airport and food places.

There were no Pancakes or Bacon for breakfast. The dinner staff was more friendly than the breakfast staff. I waited for 5 minutes to order a cocktail at the bar because the gentlemen were looking at a video on their phone. My watermelon came with dirt on it and they gave me a new fruit plate but did not comp my meal. I did not have any further meals on the compound as a result. I would say their biggest issue is the restaurant and bar and that has to do with the staff working there. A well trained manager/concierge may make a difference.

Excellent location and the Cabana was clean and beautiful. I loved the rustic scenery and the overall serenity of the compound. The person who cleaned the Cabana was very professional and I loved that our cabana was cleaned every day. Excellent grounds and cleaning staff. Perfect vacation spot for persons with children. I would definitely stay there again.

The pool closed at 6 PM probably because it is next to the restaurant but would have been nice if it was open to at least 7 PM. The gift shop on site is very expensive. Would have been nice to have a coffee machine but we managed with Nescafe. Fabric on beds and curtains a bit old fashioned but not a big deal.

Great location next to a beautiful beach and close to some restaurants and cafes in town. Clean facilities and a great pool area with pool, nice bar and restaurant with amazing views. Alla rooms have ocean view. Great breakfast/dinner with egg dishes, pancakes etc. Coffee and juice (self-serve) included with all orders. We didn't eat lunch there. Friendly restaurant, housekeeping and bar staff. Free beach towels. Spacious family rooms with extra beds in second room for kids and a kitchen with kitchen supplies/freezer and fridge.

There was a mouse on my verandah. The faucets were not working properly. The face sink was stuck and had to be removed whilst we were not there.

However the location was fantastic. The staff was hospitable. It was my second stay there and I really liked it there save for these issues this time around.

Restaurant staff needs to work on their customer service. Pool closed for treatment during early morning period, although pool opens from 6am.

Clean room, well designed layout. Well maintained grounds. Convenient location. Beautiful views. Easy access to Store Bay and environs, convenient mini mart on compound. Generally, staff were friendly and accommodating. Appreciated that our room was decorated as requested for my mother's birthday. Good wifi.

Location great, direct access to lovely beach. Grounds well maintained, nice to see some wildlife. Close to airport without being noisy. Welcome self catering facilities.

The pillows and mattress were rather hard but this may come down to personal preference. The decor of the main building and the rooms in the main building are rather dated, although in line with the photos available.

The cabana we stayed in was lovely, very modern decor and new bathroom, plenty of hot water and kitchen well equipped. High level of cleaniless throughout the hotel and grounds. The hotel and gardens felt very safe and is close to the beach, airport and food shacks making it well situated, particularly for those not driving or with families.
