Your staff is the best! Shanara, Nicholas and Mel are super bartenders. Breakfast was delish but we missed getting mangoes on our fruit plate. Pool is always clean with well kept surroundings!

We didn't get to change our pool towels when we asked. They said that housekeeping didn't complete laundry. We had to use our room towels at the pool and sun dry them to reuse them when we showered. But this was a minor inconvenience when you look at all the other fantastic stuff!

No obstruction from other apartments. Able to see the sea. Also the wildlife like the birds, fowl, lizards , etc. Very quiet and serene.

The glass door of the bathroom needed a piece of rubber or plastic on it, in order to prevent the water that ran down the glass door, from streaming outside the bathroom.

Check in staff were very pleasant. Restaurant food is always good. As we visit often, it would be nice to see some new items on the menu. Pool area needs more shade/umbrellas. Bar staff were good, especially Mel and Kevaughn

Restaurant staff need to smile and be more attentive. We stayed 4 nights and every time we went to the restaurant we had to seat ourselves and get our own menus.

Room was spacious. Food was great. Pool was big enough and safe for children.

The quietness. Easy access to the beach. Pool.

The scenery and view from my room was very beautiful and peaceful. The bedroom was spacious and there were utensils available in the kitchen area for use. The AC worked well. Location is very good to the airport and food places.

The beds were super firm and uncomfortable to sleep on and the TV did not work. The bathroom area was a bit small and lacked sufficient amenities.

It’s a beautiful property and the grounds are well maintained. The room assigned appeared to be recently upgraded and everything worked. Staff were quite friendly and polite

Perhaps more lighting on the grounds for ambiance and security although several security guards seen in the evenings

Excellent location and the Cabana was clean and beautiful. I loved the rustic scenery and the overall serenity of the compound. The person who cleaned the Cabana was very professional and I loved that our cabana was cleaned every day. Excellent grounds and cleaning staff. Perfect vacation spot for persons with children. I would definitely stay there again.

There were no Pancakes or Bacon for breakfast. The dinner staff was more friendly than the breakfast staff. I waited for 5 minutes to order a cocktail at the bar because the gentlemen were looking at a video on their phone. My watermelon came with dirt on it and they gave me a new fruit plate but did not comp my meal. I did not have any further meals on the compound as a result. I would say their biggest issue is the restaurant and bar and that has to do with the staff working there. A well trained manager/concierge may make a difference.

Poor customer service by food service staff. Power outage due to maintenance works. Partly flooded bedroom on check-in due to leaking air conditioning unit (promptly repaired)

The hotel was nice the location was perfect

The staff was unpleasant. The bath did not have small bottles of shampoo basic things a hotel would keep on hand close to a beach..

Good sized rooms. Restaurant and pool bar was good.

Breakfast local meals were good

Need more local foods in menu. Should include all inclusive neal packages

our bathroom was overlooked by the balcony of another accommodation, and so felt exposed.

Excellent large room. Nice beach and bar. Very handy for the airport, a short walk away but no noise.

Great location next to a beautiful beach and close to some restaurants and cafes in town. Clean facilities and a great pool area with pool, nice bar and restaurant with amazing views. Alla rooms have ocean view. Great breakfast/dinner with egg dishes, pancakes etc. Coffee and juice (self-serve) included with all orders. We didn't eat lunch there. Friendly restaurant, housekeeping and bar staff. Free beach towels. Spacious family rooms with extra beds in second room for kids and a kitchen with kitchen supplies/freezer and fridge.

The pool closed at 6 PM probably because it is next to the restaurant but would have been nice if it was open to at least 7 PM. The gift shop on site is very expensive. Would have been nice to have a coffee machine but we managed with Nescafe. Fabric on beds and curtains a bit old fashioned but not a big deal.

The room was outdated. Bathroom needs updating. Kitchen had limited utensils

Best location. Steps away from the beach. Easy walk to the main road.

Huge property with pool, beach is very close and Airport is minutes away

However the location was fantastic. The staff was hospitable. It was my second stay there and I really liked it there save for these issues this time around.

There was a mouse on my verandah. The faucets were not working properly. The face sink was stuck and had to be removed whilst we were not there.
