Great hotel with helpful staff. Room was large and comfortable. We didn’t eat breakfast as we needed to go out to a tour of the museum but the staff kept our bags and allowed us to use the car park until 12 pm when we returned.

The room, especially the bathroom, was a bit dark.

I loved the fact that everything in the minibar was free and there was also free lemonade in the lobby. The hotel is close to everything, right between the Mevlana Tomb and the Aladdin Mosque.

Very good breakfast with a variety of foods, very friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant and at the reception. They took care of our luggage lost during the flight transfer. We are particularly touched by the helpfulness of the porters. Triple room was very nice and clean. The hotel is in a good location.

The location was great! It was in walking distance to all the main attractions. The hotel is so much nicer than the photos, everyone was so helpful, facilities were amazing! For the price and value it exceeded my expectations for sure. We have not had time to use the spa but it was nice to have a free spa!

The room was incredibly hot with no real way to cool it down. This is typical for Turkish hotels though, they like to sleep in the heat! Also the breakfast was not good. Would not pay extra for it. Things seemed to have been sitting out for awhile, limited variety, questionable hygiene.

The staff were very friendly, the value was good, and the restaurant in the evening was good after a long drive with tired kids. We would stay here again when visiting Konya.

Would really appreciate if two things are taken into consideration: 1) It would be great if drinking water is included in the daily package. 2) It would make a lot of difference if there is better lighting in the room as it was getting darker in the room with 3 beds with limited lighting.

I think the hotel could provide more help to international tourists - eg local maps, brochures with timings and rates etc . We were very dependent on our wifi to find our way around the city .

The Breakfast buffet had a large choice of fruits, salads, cereals/ jams/ honeys, eggs, sausages , cheeses etc. Good quality and delicious ! The hotel was quite close to most of the local attractions and restaurants. The restaurant staff - Irem and the house keeping gentleman were very helpful and kind.
