Location is very good, in the heart of the city. Also tram stop is nearby. A lot of cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood, grocery stores as well. The room was very nice and comfortable. It was quiet, comfortable for sleeping and resting. Great breakfast on the terrace with amazing view. Staff was very friendly and helped with everything.

A great place to stay. The buffet breakfast at the roof top bar with exceptional views really made my stay. Excellent location 5 min walk in either direction to Blue Mosque and Grand Bazaar. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed my stay here.

No ironing equipment in the rooms.

Our stay at Innova Sultanahmet in Istanbul was incredibly comfortable! The staff were consistently friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome. We especially loved the delicious breakfast each morning. With its fantastic proximity to public transport and all the main attractions, this hotel was absolutely perfect for exploring Istanbul. Highly recommend!

The street of main entrance is next to a property which is very dirty and waste bins are always full and smelly .

A very minor point was that the lighting in the room was rather subdued and no bedside light to read by. The beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant is not run by the hotel inthe evening and was very expensive, would have liked to have used it more but couldn’t afford to. Suggest Maybe a discount for residents?

All the staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful, Reception staff spoke exceptionally good English. The view at Breakfast is wonderful.

Carpet in room was stained and shower head was broken. Otherwise, large room, well stocked and large bathroom/shower, well stocked as well so I didn’t complain.

Great location, few minutes walk to tram and Blue Mosque. Plenty of shops close by. Big rooms and friendly staff. It exceeded our expectations, rooms were spacious with a good view from the balcony. Definitely stay here again.

They don't have a coffee machine or mugs in the room, so we ended up buying mugs from the nearby supermarket. They only provide papercups. Housecleaning didn't vaccuum our room eventhough it clearly needed one after we left food crumbs on the floor.

Location is fantastic. 3 mins walk to nearest Çemberlitas tram station. 5 mins walk to Grand Bazaar. Eateries nearby. Supermarket just round the corner. What else do you need. Most amazing thing for me is the breakfast. Amazing bread and pastries, all tasted so fresh.

Lovely hotel - we stayed in a deluxe double - lovely view of the river - very large room. Breakfast very good on rooftop restaurant. Staff very friendly . Good location for blue mosque, Hagia Sophia etc.

I loved everything

Fabulous hotel. We had a double deluxe room and it was great value. We had a view of the Bosphorus Sea. It was warm, spacious and decorated really stylishly. The breakfast was also great. The breakfast room was bright and had a fabulous view. Food and service was outstanding. Great variety. Fresh fruit. Fresh honeycomb and the chef was making eggs as you like them. We had omelettes each morning. The waiters looked after us so well, refilling our coffee. All in all, this is a fab hotel in a great location. They even organised a takeaway for us from a local restaurant.

The Hotel and Staff are excellent , we have stayed at many a hotel and this one ranks as one of the best , we had a deluxe room which is a very good size , the bed was perfect and the choice of pillows is a very nice idea , the location is ideal as its walking distance from all the attractions and the T1 tram just a few minutes walk away if you want to see more of the city , the breakfast buffet is very good and above all the Staff are so helpful and friendly they make the place a excellent hotel .
