Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United KingdomThere was no bottle of water neither on arrival nor any other day. We checked in around midnight, it would be nice to have a sip of water on arrival. No kettle either. Our room had a very bad smell from the bathroom/toilet. The shower was weak. Extremely tiny lift, takes long to get to any other level. No towels in the pool. I found some members of reception having a very aggressive attitude when opting for activities outside of those offered by the hotel. "How much did you pay?" sounded like a normal question to the guests. None of them smile nor say "hello".
The location is not bad, about 10-12 mins walk to the tram/train station. It is fairly clean. Good furniture all around. The pool and sauna are a good addition. Even though it gets extremely busy in the evenings.

GreeceThe fact that sometimes especially during the night there was an annoying incoming smell of smoking.Probably there was a problem with the ventillation system.We were unlucky because opposite the hotel there was a construction site and it was extremely noisy(but this is not hotel's fault, it just happened during our stay)
It is very close to Yenikappi station (5 min on foot) where you have access to all means of transport.The room was cute and clean and the staff very polite and always available to help.Our booking request for staying in a high floor was granted immediately.All in all, it was a decent choice for its value.

FinlandThe area is quite busy, some music can be heard until 00. Light sleepers (like myself) should bring earplugs. No problem sleeping with them!
Nice hotel, good quality for the price. Simple, tasty breakfast with a view, quiet rooms, and good beds. Spa department is very cozy, there's a small pool as well (as well as Turkish hamam and Finnish sauna). Good location near the Yenikapi metro station. Very friendly staff - we especially want to thank Cander for making us feel welcome and helping us with all our questions! Teşekkürler Cander!

Austria> Breakfast gets boring and served vegetables or food are not fresh (comes from conserves). > The rooms are very small. Hair dryer was a hair burner instead of dryer... There is no Boiling kettle to make tea or coffeee. > There is no Business center or acess to tables with chairs. (This could be solved by leaving the breakfast terrace open for clients 24h/24 but they close it (only acessible @breakfast). > Street shall be relatively calm (no much trafic in front of your windows) but you have a Restaurent at the corner using a JBL Street HiFi with loud sound and bass, playing fusion/techno-music from Evening untill Midnight !!! which in our sense is inacceptable and Hotels shall do someting against that. > Pool gets realy dirty on Saturday/Sunday....
Location of Hotel is excellent. Nearby Metro, Tramways and Busses. Little markets and restaurants. So you can easyly visit the city. Sauna + pool is very good.
