Fridge in the room didn't get cold at all and releases a lot of heat, and its noisy. The food in the restaurant could be better. Food options for Breakfast and dinner were very poor and it wasn't replaced often as needed. Some of the fruits for breakfast were spoiled (apples, pears).

The room was really comfortable and it has nice beds. I enjoyed my stay and I could sleep really well. My room has views to the mountain. Furthermore the staffs are friendly and they are ready to assist with everything. Breakfast choice was amazing and on weekends there is an option for handmade flatbread

Firstly, it is essential to note that having a car is almost a necessity as the location is a bit secluded. Despite the relatively high price, the facilities seemed outdated and could use a refresh. It felt like the accommodation didn’t quite match up to the cost. Additionally, just two days before my scheduled check-in, I received a message stating that I had to pay in advance; otherwise my reservation would be cancelled. This caught me off guard since I had initially chosen the pay at the property option during the reservation process. It would be nice for the property management to communicate such changes will in advance to avoid last-minute inconveniences.

The breakfast buffet was a highlight-a diverse and delicious spread. The staff at check-in were kind, making me feel welcomed. A pleasant gift of local nuts and dried fruits was at the room. Also, they accommodated my early checkout with a personalised to-go breakfast because I was leaving earlier than breakfast time. Thank you.

Bog standard rooms, not a 5 star hotel in my opinion. Air conditioning on/off and small flies are around in the rooms - I did mention this to reception staff, but nothing was done. It literally smelled of damp in the rooms - breakfast was dry, and it seemed like things were not cooked freshly. Staff did not smile throughout (I found that very strange) and they did not want to engage in conversation, including making eye contact. That’s the kitchen and restaurant staff (not reception). Yahya literally ignored my little girl when she asked for something. Cappadocia is an amazing place, I’d choose another hotel the next time I’m here, and I would come back - Cappadocia is amazing.

In the middle of nowhre Location, services, most of the staff is very unproffesional except reception, refrigatora are 16 degreees, second room key with a deposit, not many options in rest menu, and served in 45 mins.. as cold, 10 mins taxi drive to eat anything

We booked for a double bedroom but we were upgraded to a superior room with kingsize bed. I hope i mentioned correctly...Grateful for good customer service. Room was very big with sofa area 2 tvs and a big very very comfortable bed. Was also very clean and beautiful. Breakfast spread was marvellous. One of a very exclusive hotel in Cappadocia with great staff & service. No shops nearby but maybe a restaurant, not sure as we rent a car and were out most of the time. Alot of places of interest in Cappadocia besides the hot air balloon. Visit the underground cities, uchi castle, ilhara valley and lot more...
