But what truly made this stay exceptional was the outstanding service provided by Mert, Burak, and Milih. The staff are very helpful and responsive. They helped me to source the ideal hot air balloon ride and green tour that perfectly met my requirements. My cave room was amazing which was exactly the same as on the photos. The hot air balloon scene was stunning as I never expect to watch them passing by so closely. My entire stay was superb that I regretted for not staying longer.

Any taxi or shuttle drops you off down hill, you need to climb 100 mts with your luggage to get to the hotel Its not in Goreme you need to take a taxi or walk 45 min to get there

The view is amazing, very good room size If you book any tours they come pick you near the hotel The breakfast was the best we had anywhere in Türkiye

There are too many cats around the rooms, and breakfast area. So if you are someone who is scared of cats like me, then this is a bit unsettling, but not a big issue.

Staff was amazing and very welcoming. Rooms are bit dated but everything was nice and clean. Breakfast was the biggest plus. Probably the best breakfast among all the hotels we have tried in the area.

Pillows where a little too bulky and missed more fruit variety on breakfast (seems something that has happened all around turkey, not only here)

Room was good and spacious.But there is no nearby good restaurants and it is 10 minute drive from Goreme city. Also, it is located at the top and the walking path is very steep slope, so most of the taxi drivers are not ready to drop infront of the hotel.But only 5 minute walk from down.Overall, the room was spacious and cosy.

The rooms were a little dark.

Breakfast was excellent with a great view from the breakfast room. Lovely views of the valleys and when the balloons were up, there was an excellent view. The town is nice and quiet.

Exceptional service and hospitality I experienced during our recent stay. The staff members were not only polite but also incredibly helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met with a warm and welcoming attitude. Moreover, the cleanliness and coziness of the room greatly enhanced my comfort. Additionally, the food was great and the effort to provide my daughter a special birthday was significant to make our holiday so special.

We found small pieces of cement/plaster on floor and bed falling off from ceiling. But the bigger disappointment was from jacuzzi. After filling the tub and mixing bubble soap solution, lot of dirt came out from nozzles. Could not inform staff as we left early morning the very next day.

The staff is very helpful, polite and provides all necessary assistance. Rooms are beautifully done, spacious, equipped with hot water kettle.

The rooms have an authentic feeling of staying in caves. The rooms are very cozy and spacious. The room was very cleaned and the best part was the stay were very helpful.

The location of the hotel was just at the best possible place. The view from the hotel is breathtaking. The view of the city during the day is so beautiful and sunset time is just amazing. Love the location of the hotel and the stay.

Nothing not to like but if I had to pick, it’s up a very steep hill but the hotel makes up for it.

The room was amazing, clean and very spacious. The views in the morning watching the Baloons take off at around 6:30/7am were spectacular and breathtaking taking. Would go back in a heartbeat

I didn't understand the lighting in my room and the outlet didn't charge great.

Location was perfect for watching hot air balloons. Staff was super attentive and accommodating. The village was so amazing, we never had to leave during our short 2 day stay. Will def come back again!
