We are budget travellers and this was very comfortable 2 star hotel. Great having a little fridge in the kitchenette with a kettle and hotplate. A microwave would be more useful tho! Smart TV Excellent secure parking 5 mins walk to town with lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets

Well there are some things you do not have any control over and it did happen while I was in Selcuk for my 2 day trip that the internet wen't completely on my 2nd day so I could not communicate back home in Ireland, but it was back again before I left the following morning..

Yes I went to Selcuk,Ephesus, Turkey for a special event on the 12th & 13th October and was met with a warm welcome at hotel Ave Maria. This hotel is well located and very friendly as they helped me out a lot on my trip and is like home from home to me.

When we first came to check-in to the hotel we were greeted by amazing staff. They had a parking spot available for us. They went out of their way to ensure that we are happy with everything and enjoy our stay. We were so impressed and happy how attentive and caring they were. The location of the hotel is absolutely amazing, close to everything. I would highly recommend the stay in this hotel to everyone.

We could hear people talking in the room above us pretty clearly and they were up late at night. We also could hear people coming into the building late at night due to the hard floors and how sound echoed. Seems it could be quieter. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special.

Clean room, comfortable bed, good location close to the castle and ruins (5-10 minute walk) and to restaurants and cafes. Parking available on site next to the building.

Hotel is on the main road so there is some noise from vehicles. However I did not find this a problem going to sleep. Shower is a small space, but good hot water and pressure. It is in line with the tariff.

Excellant value for money accommodation. Just needed a bed for the night, so was not expecting much. Breakfast was included in the tariff Turkish style, and there was enough to chose from.

The breakfast was varied and ample. Plated on first morning and buffet on next. Location was great. Easy walk to attractions nearby and restaurants in Selcuk but drove to Ephesus. Shower was great. Simple furnishings in room which was clean and had a small balcony overlooking Castle.

Oh ,the horrible incessant traffic noise ruined the place .It was right by a dual carriageway through road ,so the noise was loud and constant and it must have affected the air quality. My room ,ok was an economic price but the view was the wall opposite and it got no direct sunlight so cold and dark, and the bathroom was very cramped. The posting showed a roof terrace with table and chairs,this is a misrepresentation ,it was a space clearly not able to be used by guests ,full of washing ,no table n chairs ,and with the traffic noise you would not have wanted to sit there anyway.

The room was a good size for a single , the lighting and facilities generally good and it had a desk , which I always appreciate.The general decor and furnishings of hotel were good quality and it appeared clean and well cared for.Breakfast was very good .
