From the moment we arrived, Mr Hedi Marnissi, the Guest Service Manager, treated us like VIPs—personally arranging our check-in, restaurant bookings, and even more surprises. Every staff member reflected his warmth, but Hedi’s attention to detail truly elevated our stay. Mr Chafiq, the overall manager, also checked in on us during dinner, which showed great leadership. A special thanks to kamel from the magico restaurant our waiter was such a dedicated and lind person . Delicious buffets, lively beach activities , and endless daily activities (tennis, archery, water aerobics) meant we never had a dull moment. Highly recommend TUI Magic Life Africana for anyone craving seamless service and fun-filled days.

TunisiaMy frustration is related to an incident I had with my car because how the barrier in the parking lot was placed. The parking is very small and it’s almost impossible to see it so had a bad day when leaving the parking and the security didn’t do anything just watching and waiting for me to leave.
Good buffet for dinner and breakfast with many varieties and very good sea food and fish options. All dietary choices are available. The pools and beach are very good and you can find either quite corner to relax or join party sides of the pools.

United KingdomThe hair dryer kept over heating. The beach along the hotel is very dirty, We walked along the beach to the harbour not nice. The draw in bathroom didn't shut properly. The shower leaked from the side causing a massive puddle. The snack area wasn't as clean as it could be.
Food was good and plenty of it Room was very clean The shows in the evening were very good. The bar staff were ready a new what your drink was.

The first thing you will notice is the extremely friendly staff, that you would never see anywhere else, and almost all can speak at least 3 languages. We had a family room, with a sea view, which was fantastic. All the pools are fun to swim in, and you never get board, as every swimming pool is special. And most importantly is the hotel having its own beach, and that was the most interesting part for us. Other facilities are also available, like a small playground, a sport court for tennis/football/basketball etc.. We had the all-inclusive, so we dined almost always in the hotel. The food was good and diverse, but repetitive. And if you did not make it in during the given meal time there are other ways and restaurants to get snacks. You can bet cleanliness is top priority. All in all, we were very pleased and you can be certain to get your money value here. and if we would re-visit Yasmine Hammamet we will definitely consider coming back.

United KingdomMy only complaint is that the AC wasn't too cool and we had night sweats. Other than that, I don't have any real complaints.
I've been coming to this resort for the past five years and think this is possibly my favorite one. The food and amenities were great. The cleanliness was also superb and the animations were thought out and fun. I noticed a great improvement in the staff's behavior toward those of us of Tunisian origin. There was glaring favoritism toward the Europeans in the last couple of times I went here, but I'm happy to see they learned their lesson and treated everyone the same. Actually, some of the stuff was much warmer towards us probably because Tunisians are a rare species in the resort.

United KingdomThe place is clean but requires regrouting the bathroom perhaps as it’s a bit worn out, I stress tho that everything is still clean. I think the entertainment team needs to be more visible for guests, they are great but I think they need to hover around common areas more to engage with guests. I would say these are improvements to make the whole experience exceptional rather than make our stay feel bad
The staff were helpful and friendly. We were all inclusive and there was such a big variety of food and it was good quality which was important for 3 fussy eaters. Rooms and facilities were cleaned daily. Even the beach was cleaned up. Entertainment staff were very good (esp with kids) Beach was well kept and clean. This was very good value for money. They also provided drinks and snacks.

The staff!! Amazing people, always with a smile and a kind word. Their entertainment team took care of our son and had a variety of activities for us to participate in ( they have an app where one can register in advance). Meals were delicious and had a lot of variety ( also local choices for one to try), and once again, the staff was available and doing their best to create a good atmosphere—nothing to say regarding the cleaning. It was done on time, and it was well executed. We would stay here again for sure. It is an excellent spot for families, and they cared for us.
