The reception were not able to provide the bill after i found out that they charged more than expected. I will comeback and i will request the bill before any payement, except this it was very good hotel and the service, bar, restaurant, personnel are very kind and helpful.

AC is not available all year round so the room got really hot. Swimming options were not the best since it was too cold for swimming in the ocean and the pools outside weren't heated.

We had a great time and a lovely stay, much thanks to the very friendly and accommodating staff. A remarkable animation team made sure that we had a great time and enjoyed our time that was not spent sunbathing. Special thanks to Nino who took good care of us, the entertainment and our stay would not have been the same without him. The food was good with a variety of options every day, the waiters were attentive and provided excellent service (thanks to our waiter, Ahmed)

The reception area only ever had one person on duty. So there’s always a que and waiting around time if you needed to talk to someone.

Although the staff was always kind (Tunisian people are really gentle, in general) the cleaning / room service was quite slow.

It offers everything you expect from an all-inclusive resort. Great beach / pool area. Wide variety of (average quality) food for breakfast.

The overall stay is great, well renovated hotel, modern and very clean. The strength of the hotel is the people working there, always smiling (except when they are overloaded with work) and very welcoming. Food and drinks quality are also very good. The stay there is worth it, however, 2 points prevented me from giving it 10 : 1- the indoor pool which supposed to be heated, the water was cold (the temperature during our stay was 18°C), the lifeguard tried tried his max to talk to the responsibles but nothing changed, I mentioned this to the reception but also nothing changed. This somehow ruined part if our stay as it was our main activity. 2- The parking is out in the street, security wise it was a concern for us, there is a piece of land nearby but is not well equipped, guarded, nor close. These 2 points in my opinion are related to management decisions and should be addressed promptly.

The bars could do with being open for longer as not much to do past midnight

Beautiful, clean and fresh. The hotel has had a recent makeover so everything is looking clean, fresh and new. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond. The facilities are great, they have an extensive fitness regime if that’s your thing, daily activities which you can take part in or just beautiful surroundings to chill out in. It has a lovely big outdoor pool, a smaller infinity pool that overlooks the sea and a heated indoor pool for rainy or cold days. Evening entertainment is excellent.
