United KingdomThe service was very good and I would like to quote Mr. Bahaa and Mr. Faycal from the reservation team, all the reception team, Snoussi and Adel from the restaurant and many others. Despite being fully booked, the food quality and availability was exceptional. The rooms are very clean and well equipped. Also despite being fully booked there was always available and comfortable places around the pools. The infinity pool with its great view had sea water circulation. Well done to all and a special mention to the management team for keeping such level of service.

United KingdomSometimes we had sewage smell coming from our bathroom. More cutlery and cookware should be available throughout the restaurant, also here food need better labeling. We were told that maintenence would fix broken toilet roll, 5 days nothing. There are many small things that doesn't match the 5 star benchmark. Some renovations needed. No iron in room.
Returned again. Checked in late at 3am. Caring and polite night shift reception staffs. Lovely decor. Excellent selection of meals, fresh cooking sections. Clean and spacious rooms. GOOD wifi, even on the beach! Friendly staff all across the hotel. Resturant was cery busy at times but the food was excellent, wide variety. Snack bars and foods available all day, everywhere near the pools and beach area. Pool side entertainmemts for everyone and a great animation team. The hairdresser was very good too. . Bring your own 3 pin electric adaptors. Good entertainment that ends around 11pm. Better to book taxi through booking.com to airports as the hotel prices are much more. Water sport excursions booked on the beach further to the right of our beach through an agent called Tina. They are with the parachutes behind Occidental Marhaba hotel. Tina is am amazing person,lovely and gives good prices for her excursions, also had a lovely team working with her. Paragliding for 2 people was around £23! Very good house keeping. Spa doesn't give a luxury feel that's deserving of a 5 star hotel. The massages are good but the service overall could be much better, ladies need to be polite.

United KingdomThe meat at the buffet needs to be cooked better as the burgers were still raw inside, more choices of fish, the entertainment team needs lots of improvement and the hotel needs better security as they don't check customers like what they used to do before even if you get good security check at the 2 entrance but that is just of the vehicles.
First time in this hotel even if we been going for years to Sousse. Friendly staff, good choice of food and loved the fact that they actually use proper branded bottles of soft drinks. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The staff here are absolutely incredible. They totally make it an exception place to stay. For us Leith and Wissem on front desk were most helpful and professional. Would love to come back They have an excellent variety of evening programs. The ANIMATION staff kept the crowd pumped-that was fun. The cleaning staff were attentive without being intrusive, made sure the room was in order and worked around our schedule.

United KingdomThe hotel felt a bit too busy! ... despite being only April. Finding it was a bit difficult as the entrance is via the hotel next door, with no visible signage to direct you. Google maps sends you to a dead end street. The orange juice at breakfast was not freshly squeezed (as in my previous stay), but from low quality concentrate with a good dose of sugar (no excuse for a 5 star hotel) especially considering oranges are cheap and abundant in Tunisia at this time of the year. I was unable to find an empty seat at the bar and have a drink between 8pm and 10pm. The bar area and seating is inadequate for the number of visitors.
Clean & comfortable room. Both dinner and breakfast were very good with lots of choice and much improved compared to my stay there during the previous week which was during Eid and full of Tunisian guests. Very responsive and polite staff. Good shower and comfortable beds and pillows.

Our only downfall to this hotel is that we was very surprised to see that the hotel provided facilities for people to smoke in an INDOOR bar. This made us feel very uncomfortable as we had young children and asthmatic members which gave us no choice but to go to our rooms and miss our family time in the lobby. But overall facilities and service was really good.
