The staff is very professional and friendly. Excellent service. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Access to the beach is easy and also there you get good service. Beautiful beach.

Parking.. parking .. parking .. if you have no car, this issue does not concern you. For the parking it s either the sun or pigeon’s poop, for such a hotel (5 stars)I believe fixing the parking is a must.

The hotel is amazing with a great location. Haroon in the reception and wafa in the customer care service are such lovely and professional people. They were so welcoming and checking in was a seamless process. The cleaning lady also was such a helpful person. The staff makes the whole experience simply worth it. My fav hotel 😁😁 I highly recommend it.

The food. Despite the size of the breakfast dining area, the food seemed a bit limited. But the real issue was the quality of the room-service food. We ordered spaghetti bolognese, chicken soup, and a carbonara, and all were very disappointing. Despite our hunger, we could not finish them. Also, they were out of beach towels by the pool, and it took a long time waiting to get that sorted out (with the initial staff member at the pool restaurant being quite unfriendly and dismissive)

Well located with its own private beach, though not much else around in that area. Hotel's beach was nice and the pool looked good and well-maintained (didn't try it). Front counter staff were very nice and professional, and check in/out was simple and efficient. Room was fine.

The view in sea view room was partial 😅 but I think it was because of the the location of whole building 🤷🏻‍♀️

The pool was clean and beautiful, there was a underground pass access to the public beach! Is was good and secured, the indoor pool was big and clean too I used it because I don’t want to get much sunburned!! The spa was good, The room was good specially the restroom and bathroom were apart The breakfast was good 👍 There were a live music in restaurant at night

The hotel is really nice, clean and comfortable. Has an amazing spa, indoor pool and gym. Would recommend to have a massage by Mariam.

Our air conditioning system was blowing hot air and lots of little things were broken or not working. There was no direct access to the beach.

You had to pay extra for drinks at the restaurant. Lots of little things in the room were broken-light on vanity mirror, lever on shower, shower tray was leaking, long lamp did not work and the TV was not responsive. The fridge in the room was not cold. There is no direct access to the beach.

Check in and out was swift. Staff were all polite and friendly. There is an outdoor and indoor pool. The restaurant catered well for breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast needs more variety (especially the hot food section).

Very good hotel within a short walk to the beach and within almost 20 minutes to the old town. Hotel staff were helpful and cooperative. Also, there are many restaurants and money exchanges within a short walk from the hotel.

A couple of the staff in the restaurant were a little rude, no drinks were included with dinner (not even water) and the spa didn't have a jacuzzi.

The room was clean, spacious and quiet. The staff here were so lovely, especially those working on the front desk and the cleaners. The food was nice enough with plenty of choice. We had a very late flight on the day we left and the reception staff very kindly let us stay in our room for the whole of the following day, which made a huge difference to us. Thank you for that!!

The rooms were spacious & clean.. new furniture.. the food was excellent with great variety.. the staff were wellcoming and helpfull especially the Manager Mohamed Ali who was around all the time taking care of his guests..

We wanted to use other spa services but the smell in the spa area was a bit musty and didn't feel clean.

Very comfortable rooms that were clean and bright! The cleaning staff came every day to replace our water and coffee, make the beds, and replace towels. The staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the breakfast and dinner service! It was very calm, inviting and had many delicious options. We felt very taken care of. We used the pool and sauna in the spa (must ask to turn the sauna on) which we enjoyed immensely!

Dinner of half board is very poor, this buffet doesn't even include any drinks. The variety of food is extremely limited, basically no seafood, occasionally shrimp, but not too fresh.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, even the manager. nice location, nice lobby, nice view from our room.

Bath room fixtures were not fully functional and for a 5* hotel it’s not acceptable. I am still treating the hotel air high as everything else was too good.
