The location of the hotel is perfect, there are many restaurants, it's also near the beach by walk, the location is safe as it's a touristic zone. The hotel has clean rooms, the breakfast is simple and good.

breakfast can be better, the lift is really strange, you have weather make half floor with stairs to take the lift, and when you reach the floor you should take another half floor also by stairs. its mean you have always take stairs when you want to take the lift , kkkk

decent Hotel, very practical, the best part is the location, its near all the important things, restaurants and oter facilities, walkable and beautiful area, also the free parking is very good things in the middle of this crowded area.

1.No, staff helped us for luggage neither on arrival nor in check out, I believe some one should be there. 2.Breakfast very limited, no choices. 3.No refrigerator in the room, 4.Staff provide only on key for the room which is not practical for family, especially the key should be plugged in the room to get light, AC,....

I had a very unpleasant stay at this hotel. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional and tried to overcharge us without a clear explanation. It felt like they were just trying to take advantage of tourists. The staff clearly had no idea how to treat guests properly. They were unfriendly, unhelpful, and lacked basic hospitality skills. Breakfast was another terrible experience. The staff just stood around watching us eat, which made us very uncomfortable. They didn’t bother to refill or restock any of the breakfast items once they ran out. Worst of all, the hotel employees themselves were constantly taking food from the buffet, leaving even less for the actual guests. I do not recommend this place at all – if you’re a tourist looking for a pleasant and respectful environment, stay away from this hotel

I wish there was mini fridge in the normal room and there are no safety boxes in the room also.

It is very nice place near everything, the building is good and the rooms bigger than what in the description.

A bit strange arrangement, there are stairs before and after the elevator, there is door to access to the corridor to the rooms. Corridor to the room was dark at night. The air conditioning temperature cannot be adjusted.

Good price, cheap considering the facilities. Big room with terrace. Nice breakfast. Can walk to the beach. Can park my car in front of the hotel. There are restaurants and shops nearby.

I've been given a room for smoking guest (I do not smoke) . There was no a hairdryer in the bathroom.

The hotel is close to the beach. It has nice staff and it is clean. It was good value for money for a short stay.

Breakfast could be better. There’s not too much choice, but it’s good (specially for the price). The bathtub could be changed.

There is no water, no kettle no hairdryer in the room I asked for hairdryer and they gave me for few hours

Staffs are helpful and kind specifically cute lady called Shams Beside the hotel there is a supermarket they are a very nice family and prices are cheaper than everywhere

Hotel located close to the beach, very kind receptionist, decent breakfast, private and safe parking. Cleanliness and good furniture. Fair price. I recommend, I will come back anytime with pleasure.

Rooms are a bit dated.

Perfect for our one night in Sousse before heading back to Tunis. Spacious room, comfortable, very clean, and an enjoyable breakfast. Staff was kind, location near beach and 45 min walk from museum. Affordable as well!

The bath/shower had chipping paint and the hallway had no light at night which didn't seem good. Minor things really.

AC/heat works, bed is nice and comfortable, free private parking behind the hotel, breakfast had boiled eggs, pastries, coffee, yogurt, vegetables. Reception can speak English, location is close to some restaurants and the ocean. The price is a good value.

No ashtray on the balcony. We were told "Breakfast at 7" and then nobody was there. Some dark spots (mold?) in the silicone in the bathroom.

Hot water was merely tepid.

Very spacious, clean rooms. Separate loo and bathroom. Adequate but unexciting breakfast. Efficient arrangements to get us to the airport.
