Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. As a guest of a 5 star hotel, I was expecting high standard. The hotel did not dissapoint me in this sense, everything worked well, I had wonderful views from the room, which was really clean and tidied up every day. The breakfast was exceptionell with huge selection ranging from continental options to local ones. The staff is also very very kind.

I liked the location of the hotel, just a short car ride to the city centre the one direction and the airport in the other direction. Nice pool area, which is needed in the hot climate.

The staff were very friendly, very nice and very helpful. The cleaning staff made my stay even better. We chatted every day, and when they knew it was my honeymoon they brought me flowers and decorated the room! They allowed me to bring my makeup artist, hairdresser and photographer staff over. I even had the whole hotel to do my wedding photo shooting with the white dress!!! Overall the stay was very pleasant.

JordanI asked the hotel to arrange for a taxi to go to a wedding. Since it was my first visit to Tunis I thought to use the hotel car with a driver. I was shocked with the charge they put on my room for a ride only 8 minutes away. The rate they charged me was 10 times the normal taxi rate. I was not happy with such a charge at all. The breakfast quality can be significantly improve with more attention to details.
The facilities were very good. Very clean hotel room. Very nice lobby. The beds are comfortable. The pool was very nice.

The air-conditioning level was restricted and could not be manully lowered below 5 degrees. The temperature stated 5 degrees on the display. This temperature display was definitely inaccurate. The room was too warm and was certainly never 5 degrees as illustrated by the thermostat display. .
