Our stay was overall excellent — I would have gladly given it 5 stars. The hotel, facilities, and most of the staff were wonderful. However, one incident negatively impacted our experience. One of the waiters was rude and told us to fetch our own bottle of water and glasses, despite us having an all-inclusive package. Meanwhile, we saw him serving other guests at their tables without any issue. This inconsistency and lack of courtesy felt unprofessional and disappointing. Aside from that, everything else was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately despite the excellent stay, I had a bad experience in room 3253 and it’s clear that this hotel needs some maintenance. Before visiting the hotel I read almost all reviews and the hotel was excellent but the main complaint was about the doors. It was a big surprise to find out that my room has the same issue. From the main door that can be closed only with force and cannot lock properly to the bathroom door that cannot be opened at all by my kids and I need to use force every time to open it. The bed was very comfortable for me, but it’s very old looking and the frame is not representative for 4 star hotel. We also had a very bad experience when using the shower the first time, the water went inside the room and it was a big disappointment to give us a room in such condition ( something that should be known). The cleaning lady was in the next room and big thanks to her because she fixed the problem after cleaning the room, but the maintenance team never appeared and never files the issue during our 5 days stay. I asked for new room and they gave us a new one, but we decided to stay in the first room because the issue with the shower was fixed by the cleaning lady. Message to TUI, I hope you do a full maintenance check to this hotel because it’s clear that we are not the only one with this door issue because we hear a loud sound every time someone try to close the room door.

The staff are amazing everywhere and excellent service. Security was top and everywhere you go you see they are attentive to details. Despite the hotel was full the kids didn’t notice it when playing in the water slide. The same in the restaurant and despite it was fully booked, the food is always available, even in the last minute The food was good and tasty, but sometimes it’s repetitive but still very good and available all the time. The staff in the restaurant are also amazing and professional.

The food choice wasn’t that good, it was always the same, and could be better but i dont like to complain. After all it was tasty. I did not like that the washing ladys came in to collect towels even when you had the «dont disturb» on the door. And they knocked on the door very early. After all a good hotel, with nice staff, and nice family’s visiting.

I liked the staff, and the community they really was helpfull and nice. The drinks was verry good. I didnt like the room i got because it wasnt that cold. And they tried in the middle of the night to find me a room. The music at the pool and late nights with shows were nice and funny!

Hightlights was the helpful staff and the restaurant buffet. Great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The building my room was in, was going through some renovation, but it was quite alright, no noise, comfortable beds and good bathroom. Great deal price for money on this place.

When I was doing the checkout on 5 August 2025, one of the stuff at the reception was really uncooperative and rude on the time of check out. It was a good welcoming at the start, but it came to an end,when I experienced it ,which changed my view totally on the proprietary by the receptionist behavior and the gesture.

The 31xx-33xx room block was slightly less pleasant compared to the rest of the establishment.

Overall, the stay was pleasant, but we encountered a significant technical issue with the door locking system, which forced us to change rooms four times during our stay and impacted our comfort. Additionally, the rooms located in blocks 31xx and 33xx were not as comfortable as others, and the air conditioning in the room was not working perfectly, which made the stay a bit less comfortable at times. That being said, I would like to highlight the cleanliness of the rooms and the professionalism of the staff, who remained courteous and helpful throughout, always doing their best to assist us. As for the restaurant, although the variety was limited, the food was of good quality and very tasty.
