United KingdomMy stay was amazing. The staff here looked after me so much. I stayed in room 271. Salma, the maid, was so kind and helpful. Aladdin from Tui maid, sure I had nothing to worry about. The chefs, bar staff, and waiting staff are all so attentive. The reception staff and managers were genuinely helpful and caring. I will be coming back. I loved the spa. The room was fantastic. TunisiaThe hotel’s main weakness is its security. I left my car key with the hotel’s security guard in the parking lot, but unfortunately, the car broke down. Due to its poor positioning with the steering wheel turned all the way to the left (it’s electric), I couldn’t move it. The first tow truck couldn’t remove it because of the bad parking, and when the second tow truck arrived, they refused to enter, claiming they were unaware of the problem, even though we had been waiting for 8 hours.
I passed 2 nights with my family in Royal Kenz Hotel in Hammam Sousse, it was is a wonderful place, featuring an amazing pool and engaging animation. During my stay, the maître d'hôtel, Mr. Borhen Yahyaoui, was incredibly supportive and enthusiastic. His attentiveness and enthusiasm greatly enhanced the experience, creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere that made the vacation truly unforgettable.

Tunisia1 point for the appearance of the property, because that’s the only thing worth rating. The rooms are nice, clean, and modern. Let me start with our arrival at the hotel — when we asked the reception about the hotel’s facilities and where things were located, we were told to walk around and find out ourselves because “it’s not that hard.” The restaurant and the waiter waiting for a tip — now that was a disaster. The food was terrible, with a very limited selection. It was clearly made with minimal effort — cheap and low-quality. If you’re expecting seafood or lamb — forget it. No local dishes either. I’m really not a demanding guest, but what happened during dinner was simply insulting — my husband and I were asked to change our table because, as the waiter mockingly said, “this spot is for English tourists since they leave tips” (seriously?). We left the restaurant and went out to eat Next so-called attraction — the indoor pool. Water jets in the pool? Sure, but only if you pay an extra 20 dinars. The so-called jacuzzi corner is only turned on for one hour a day. You pay for all-inclusive at a 4-star hotel, but be prepared for extra costs if you want to be treated decently. I don’t recommend this place. First and last time here.

FinlandMy stay at TUI SUNEO Royal Kenz did not meet my expectations. Upon arrival, I noticed that the maintenance of the rooms was below par—cleanliness was not up to standard, and overall hygiene could have been better. The food options lacked diversity, and the dishes were often repetitive and not particularly appetizing, which was disappointing for a hotel of this category. While the staff were polite and welcoming, the service fell short in execution. For instance, it was necessary to repeatedly request clean towels, and some issues reported were not adequately addressed. In summary, the experience was less than ideal. For travelers seeking a comfortable stay with high-quality service, this hotel may not be the best choice. However, the hotel has potential, and addressing these concerns could significantly improve future guest experiences.

TunisiaAs a newly married couple, we booked only one night but we arrived to the hotel at 3am means we didn't eat no dinner no breakfast because we were very tired and we didn't eat even the lunch. We expected that the hotel would do something special or exceptional to us because we didn't stay a day only few hours. The housekeeper opened our door while sleeping without knocking the door. Also, the controller arrived before 12 for check out while we were very tired we slept only few hours. She asked us to leave it's time for check out without understanding that we are a new married couple.
