We like the secure parking and the location being near town. We had a proper double bed which was very comfortable. You can’t expect much for the price paid. Coffee at breakfast was good. There was a fridge in the room.

A boiled egg, 4 slices of baguette, a yogurt, really sour fresh lemon juice (oranges are everywhere and about one dinar a kilo), a packaged mass-produced croissant, a pot of coffee and milk. I asked three times for a knife fork and spoon and just didn't get one. English...French...strange experience.

United KingdomIt was quite cold and the heater didn't work. The pillows were very lumpy. The rugs were all very dirty and need replacing. The toilet flush got stuck every time. The bed only had blankets, no duvet, but I think this is quite normal in Tunisia.
It's a budget hotel, so the room and facilities are very basic. The staff were really friendly and helpful, they gave us a great recommendation for a local pizza place (Taxi Pizza). The shower had hot water and there was a small fridge in the room. The location is good and there is a secure gated car park. Breakfast is provided and it's a set tray of coffee, pastries, bread, jam, butter and soft cheese.

Comfortable beds in a spacious room overlooking a palm grove. Clean facilities within walking distance to medina. There is parking available, which we didn't know about, so parked on the street (it was fine, anyway). The breakfast is basic but tasty.

NetherlandsThe first room we spent the night in (on the ground floor) was very dirty. Gum on the head boards, hairs in the bed and on the floor. The shower head detached from the wall and the floor was dirty. The next day a large group left and we asked for a room on one of the higher floors, and the difference was night and day. The decor of the rooms is the same, which is fairly dated and worn, but the rooms on the upper floors seem to see a lot less use and are way less worn. The breakfast is fairly poor. Bread is not always available and you might just get some packed sweets and some coffee instead. The beds are a bit too hard, but this is personal preference.
Good value option in Tozeur. Decent WiFi and friendly and helpful staff. Daily room cleaning. The shower is good (if a little hard to get in and out of as it's a tub) and there is always hot water. There is a laundry very close to the hotel, and a small shop a little further away. Hotel is right next to the oasis. Lots of parking at the hotel.
