Ok breakfast. Location is not too far out.no kitchen or common area

The staff and possibly to pay by the credit card

The room especially toilet was dirty, we met a cockroach there.

The room was large as was the bathroom, staff were friendly and the breakfast was varied and tasty.

The room smelt a bit of smoke and could do with upgrading.

Excellent receptionists. Clean rooms with good Air con. Good base to explore the area.

Breakfast- minimalist and staff refused to get additional items that were part of the breakfast. The shower- water spreads everywhere making the entire bathroom dirty.

Spacious and quiet room, pleasant gardens, good breakfast. Great value for money.

Considering the price, no complaints at all.

You need to have salad in the morning but the coffee was fantastic

We like the secure parking and the location being near town. We had a proper double bed which was very comfortable. You can’t expect much for the price paid. Coffee at breakfast was good. There was a fridge in the room.

The breakfast was poor, boiled egg, yoghurt, bread with margarine and marmalade and a chocolate croissant. No fruit.

Breakfast was really poor. A boiled egg, 4 slices of baguette, a yogurt, really sour fresh lemon juice (oranges are everywhere and about one dinar a kilo), a packaged mass-produced croissant, a pot of coffee and milk. I asked three times for a knife fork and spoon and just didn't get one. English...French...strange experience.

Location was great. The property itself you can tell was once beautiful and very high end. the staff were friendly in greeting us daily and recommending excursions and activities. The family suite was nice to have the kids have their own room.

The rooms were NOT cleaned well. The toilet in our room was filthy when we got there, like GROSS. We let the front desk know and they offered us to change rooms, but their toilets were all the same!? he said the cleaning staff left for the day so he couldn’t do anything. Did the cleaning staff skip the toilets? Then the sheets had clearly not been changed and had been slept in before, crumpled, dirty. When you’re travelling as a family sometimes fighting for these things to be fixed ends up being more trouble and exhaustion than it’s worth. They would even discount the room. tv front desk man was just numb and blank when I told him about the issues, then he passed me the payment machine. Bad experience I would never return

Private parking.

The beddings are not clean. Breakfast is simple. No Wi-Fi. But anyway it is still ok for one night stay as a budget hotel.

I liked the location in the souk and the decor.

I had a tea and asked about patisseries. I was served a plate of small baclava. The 2 covered in icing were tasteless, so I just had a bite of one. Of the 2 baclava, one looked like it had a bite taken out of it, which I pointed out to no avail, so could not eat that either. I asked for some more hot water for my tea and was brought a cup of Luke warm brown coloured water, which ruined my tea, so could.not finish that. it was not even cheap. what a waste of money.

breakfast was very limited and expensive for this amount. room was very small but the location is very good and near the medina. I must tell about the location that it was in a busy and noisy street.

it has not elevator and our room was in the second floor with many stairs. The street was so crowede and noisy

Amazing price per quality ratio. I really enjoyed dates on the breakfast buffet, it seemed obvious to find them often as an option in the morning, but apparently it was not. Overall promoted Parking is vast. and enclosed. Not so far from the city center.

Shower was flooding the entire bathroom Lack of toilet amenities

Super friendly and helpful staff, especially the receptionist.

Our room was smelling bad but we asked receptionist for a different one and he changed it, bathroom curtain rail needs repair also but overall it was a good stay.

Dirty. The breakfast was too stale

Great position, close to everything, staff was professional and helped us solve a problem with our car.

The room was not very clean, with spiderwebs on the ceiling and the inside of the fridge very dirty. The shower was uncomfortable and it's impossible to not make a mess while you turn on the water. In general both the room and the restroom need some serious renovation.

Central location. The room was good and the hotel had nice facilities. Ok breakfast.

During the night the electricity went down 5 times, it was really annoying because it turned off the AC, and the room was really hot. The room was not in the best cleaning conditions.
