I think this was because being April it wasn't considered hot enough yet by Tunisians. However our room was 25 degrees which for us northern Europeans is on the hot side to sleep in.

the staff was very good and accommodating, which made my stay pleasant. The room I received was just like the photos advertised—clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, there were a few downsides. The internet speed was not very fast, which made it difficult to work during my stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered a limited variety and became repetitive throughout my visit. Another issue I encountered was with the elevator; it had a consistent problem while shifting from the 6th floor to the 8th floor, which was quite inconvenient. I would recommend the hotel consider adding coffee machines in the rooms, as this would greatly enhance the guest experience. Also, some maintenance improvements would go a long way in ensuring a more enjoyable stay for future guests. While there are areas for improvement, the hospitality and cleanliness of the rooms made my stay worthwhile

ChinaBreakfast is so so. Wi-Fi did not work in rooms. Air conditioning is not working well, we were experiencing one night of TOO HOT. Room service is not as quick as we would expect. When we asked for help for air conditioning, they came about 25mins after 2 phone calls and they sent a boy who can not speak English.
Location is good, 10-15mins walk to Medina. Private car park garage.

ItalyThe Radisson Hotel is conveniently located for visiting Sfax, near the Medina and the lively port area full of bars and restaurants. The hotel has many attractions that we did not use: swimming pool, spa, rooftop bar.... already from the rooms you have a beautiful view, in our case on the Medina. The rooms are very large, clean, equipped with all comforts. The corridors on the floors have a dark moquette impossible to keep clean with the coming and going of guests, unfortunately.

CanadaThe only thing that didn't go well was trying to order room service, a relatively minor thing. It was a massive headache. We phoned the front desk, who didn't direct us to the rooftop restaurant, which is who has a wider menu. We then had to go in person to order, and then when the food came, we had to go back upstairs to the restaurant to actually pay, thereby defeating the purpose of room service.
Great room, great value, great location. Clean and had everything we expected. Location was a short walk away to restaurants, sites, and louage, bus, and train stations. Would gladly stay again.

LibyaWhen we checked in, there were no towels available in the bathroom, and we had to wait over an hour to receive them. Additionally, no flip-flops were provided. The bathroom had a glass window facing the room that wasn't fully frosted, significantly impacting privacy. Furthermore, the TV had no live channels and only offered IPTV apps with expired subscriptions.
The location was conveniently close to shops and banks, with easy access. The stay was also quiet and peaceful. Additionally, the breakfast was good too, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

NetherlandsThe pool on the rooftop could be a treat but it was dirty. Like, afraid to swim in it dirty.. Pigeons drinking from it, algae everywhere. A little bit of chlorine would go a long way here. Constant problems with the wifi and the tv connection in my room. Twice they had to fix it and twice it feel out again. The staff was as helpful as they could but it was a bit annoying anyway
Very mixed bag. Very friendly staff, secure parking garage (free), spacious room, comfy bed, good shower, safe in room, good breakfast buffet included. I got a very good deal on this site, but otherwise not worth the full normal Radisson price, because..

United KingdomMy room had a shower head in the middle of the bath tub in a very awkward position so it was not easy showering since you cannot stand up the shower. It was near the waist. The room also had a few cockroaches that I had to deal with. The buffet breakfast is one of the worst i’ve ever had. For a name such as Radisson, you expect luxury, this hotel was far from it. The bread was stale every day. They only had one option for juice at breakfast and it was a horrible tasting carton drink. Most of the things at buffet were run out and not refilled such as milk, juice etc. coffee machine didn’t work. They had 4 options for hot food, you would expect more at a buffet breakfast. They were super understaffed and took them ages to bring simple stuff such as cutlery. The breakfast was so disappointing that our family decided not to go for the rest of the days. The fruit such as watermelon and yogurt was okay. Swimming pool closes at 6pm, it’s too early since sunset was at 7:30pm.
The rooms were clean and spacious.
