Small damage to the furniture. There are no electrical sockets by the bed. The cakes at breakfast and dinners were way to dry.

Excellent breakfasts and dinners, you can even get nice birthday song and cake if you are lucky enough to be there during your birthday. Friendly staff. Pleasant environment. Pleasant weather.

Some furnishings need to be updated or replaced: curtains, carpets…Air conditioning did not work as well as hairdryer in my room. Balcony door was difficult to close. There was no ATM machine to withdraw money

Very nice property with beautiful surroundings,entrance and huge lobby with magnificent view to the sea. Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and balconies, cleaned daily. Good choice of food to satisfy everyone. I loved having my breakfast outside.Private small but well kept beach. Outside pool was clean and there were enough sun-beds for guests @ entertainment.

Even though I stayed at a luxurious suite hotel, the Wi-Fi availability was severely limited, which is crucial for any businessperson. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was subpar.

Big open, marble but no character. The receptionist seemed at the far end of his patience. Minimal beach to sit on. No reason to return.

The Hotel was very dated. There was no facility at all. The room Was very dirty there was cockroaches inside the room ripped shower curtain, broken furniture, noisy fridge. I couldn’t sleep until I unplugged the fridge. WIFI didn’t work,Not worth for the money at all and Recommend this hotel for anyone

Staff, specially reception staff and restaurant staff they were unreasonably unfriendly and unhappy to communicate with us, honestly speaking I don’t count how many 5 star hotels I have checked in last 20 years, but certainly I don’t remember in any of my previous stays that I have met this kind of unprofessional people ever I had to move to another hotel next day to just continue with my calm family trip to Tunisia this country that owns the beauty of people and amazing atmosphere

from pictures expectations was much better - at cantine for example the service level was not good - quality of the food was just acceptable - I asked 3 times a beer (to be paid separately) but they did not take it to the table till I insisted again. So good hotel but not enough attention to details.
