Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CanadaI consider my experience at this hotel to be the worst I’ve ever had. The equipment in the room was in very poor condition. The restaurant was extremely hot, with no air conditioning, and the quality of the food was so low that it could be compared to a two- or three-star hotel. It felt like the food selection was based solely on low cost, which was far below my expectations.

United StatesI looked on booking.con, saw this hotel was available on the dates I needed and booked it. This hotel first sent me a message accepting my booking and then sent me a separate message that they could not accommodate me. Again I looked in the Booking.com site and again I saw that the hotel was available on my dates, and again I booked a room there on my dates. And again the hotel sent me a message confirming g my reservation followed by another message saying they could not accommodate. I then wrote to them and brought this situation to their attention. The hotel responded with a canned response that did not address the actual situation at hand. I consider such treatment to be terrible customer relations, hence this very low rating
