The area where the hotel is located; options for cafes are kind of limited.

The hotel is quite decent, central to reach different areas in Tunis, and the staff were quite friendly. They welcomed me with some seasonal fruits and cookies.

The room was very clean and big with 2 bathrooms Reception staffs were very nice and friendly,they introduced to us historical places in Tunisia,they were very helpful.the restaurant was very good ,the staffs for restaurant are very professional and they had good information about the foods and help us to choose traditional foods if Tunisia.the foods very delicious,also the breakfast was great.we have very good experience there.

The only thing keeping it from being a 10/10 experience was an issue I encountered with both the bedframes in my room at 2AM, the staff moved me to a new room and were helpful and fast, but it was an inconvenience , still even with this issue , I wouldn't switch to a different hotel in my next stay

The statf were helpful & attentive. They helped me check in early when I put in the request which is a BIG plus for me as my flights usually arrive early. The breakfast was amazing, the room was comfortable & the AC worked great (an issue I always suffer with in other hotels). I loved their sustainability & green efforts, they're something I am well behind. The location is great for business stays with a variety of restaurants and cafe's nearby & you're a short taxi ride away from most of the Must See places in Tunis. Definitely will return again.

Better dealing with clients when they come the reception be served in priority who comes first the next should wait and should not interrupt the the client before them

The staff are very helpful and kind especially Salim, Alla, and the other 3 ladies in the reception also the the restaurant staff all are very kind and handy especially Baderalden I wish them continue on same path

Our room was great - lots of space, nicely designed and an amazing bath! The breakfast was incredible - everyone had plenty of options to enjoy. The pool and outdoor restaurant are stunning… the pictures online do not do the outdoor space justice - it is gorgeous! But my favourite thing about the hotel was undoubtedly the staff. Every staff member was attentive, kind, welcoming and helpful. I will not forget the service!

The only things I would critique is the one squeezy bottle soap dispenser for the shower. The gym is very small, limited equipment and is busy with just two people. Additionally, the hotel pool is not comfortable to use as it’s in front of people.

I was in Tunis to visit family who were staying in Laq. Novotel was very central and in a nice and clean district. Tunis Mall was close by and it was a good base for sightseeing trips. The hotel WiFi is good. The food and restaurant are good.

The breakfast staff aren't helpful, and even when they see you they don't prepare your table if fork or spoon is missing. Also shortage in the tea cups and most of the time had to ask to bring me.

The front desk staff are friendly, the check in experience with Nassimi was pleasant he was pleasant and very welcoming. The beds are very comfortable. Housekeeping lady is very helpful too and friendly.

Great location in a safe and high-end part of the city called "Lac 2" Multiple restaurants, malls, laundry services and banks right across the road. Gym one block away. Rich breakfast buffet with lots of choices and fresh juices Clean, quiet and comfortable rooms that are kept impeccable by housekeeping Professional staff ATM within the hotel Overall I was looking forward to coming back to the hotel every evening.

The location is in the new part of town, but for that reason, it was far from the historic center and had little to offer in terms of cultural heritage. The neighborhood was all new construction, but many seemed rather deserted. Although it should have been safe, we didn’t feel comfortable exploring on foot.

The room was exceptionally clean… especially the shower room… and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was varied with many types of food. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Roooms were so comfortable and spacy. Bed and pillows helped me with good sleep. Coffee machine in the room is a big thing for me and it was perfect with two capsules Breakfast was rich and loaded with many options to choose from.
