The room (executive room beach front) is below the restaurant where events took place. We stayed 2 nights, and both nights had wedding and football events. So it was very loud. The room is also quite small compared to executive rooms at other hotels. The food (in room dining) was good and the service was quite fast.

The price is a little bit expensive

The hotel is clean, and the reception area and waiting lounge are beautiful. I really liked the breakfast area with a sea view. The staff is friendly — I would especially like to thank Mrs. Fouzia and Mrs. Azza for the cleaning and the cleanliness of the rooms.

I think the furniture, towels and bedding need to be renewed in general as it is clear that they have been exploited to the maximum extent possible... The air conditioners do not work as required

Excellent Service from the Front Desk I recently stayed at Movenpick Gammarth and was extremely impressed by the service provided by the front desk staff, especially Ms. Weaam From the moment I arrived, was warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. She greeted me with a smile and quickly checked me in, Throughout my visit, Ms.Weaam and her colleagues demonstrated exceptional customer service skills. I would highly recommend Movenpick Gammarth hotel I look forward to returning in the future.

On 18th of July morning around 9 or 10 o’clock, a lady has randomly entered our room with her access card without asking the permission and without even knocking the door. Then she awkwardly left saying “I was checking something”, I followed the lady across the hall and she kept saying “I wanted to check something I wanted to check something”. FYI: she was a hijabi lady wearing all white. Please take the necessary action regarding this case because that was very improper.

I liked how nice the staff are treating the customers and the feeling of the comfort with all the services.

The beach area dedicated for the hotel was not secured properly and the public beach is mixed with the hotel. There was no security or strict rules to keep other visitors that are not from the hotel. There was no “private beach”. Some staff were very not helpful they made us walk 20 steps and we are over 60 years old!! She was like we are still young when she was in her 30s ! I forgot her name but she made our experience awful ! Even the bag boys were tired ! There are no easy access in this hotel please be careful. There are over 30 steps that you have to go through.
