Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. SpainThe property is nice and at first glance all looks great but once you start paying attention you realise it is not that clean. The carpets and the restaurant table cover had stains. The shower in the room had water marks.

Cyprusthe only downside was the internet connection, which was inconsistent and quite slow at times. This was a bit of a challenge, especially for work-related needs
The breakfast selection was excellent, offering a variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The staff was attentive and ensured everything was constantly replenished. Equally commendable was the room's cleanliness. It was spotless upon arrival and maintained to a high standard throughout the stay. Overall, the attention to detail and quality of service made my stay especially enjoyable. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to others.

AustraliaI had no response from the front desk staff regarding the shuttle service, so I had to find my own way to the hotel. Additionally, I encountered issues with the cleanliness of the room, particularly the bathroom.
The Le Grand Restaurant and staff were amazing. My room was very spacious, and the hotel featured a lovely outdoor lounge area along with several other great facilities.

LibyaHowever, there were some drawbacks. Despite having a spacious room (Room 223), the view was extremely disappointing. Additionally, the delay in delivering my bags, with three calls required, was inconvenient. Another issue was the lack of attention to detail, as the trash basket went uncleaned throughout the three-day stay. Addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience. There are no slippers, no robe, no shoe polish in the room. You need to request to have some brought.
Overall, my stay at Movenpick Hotel Lac Tunis had positive aspects. The location is favourable, and the staff, on the whole, was friendly. The swimming pool and spa facilities were particularly impressive

United StatesI booked this hotel for the indoor pool for my kids to enjoy on our one night stay, unfortunately the staff said that kids are only allowed in the pool in the morning, which was very disappointing as check in is at 3:00 PM and we leave the next day and the price I am paying is expensive and then you tell me we can not use the pool , and nothing about restricted pool times was mentioned on the site
