Everything to location, beautiful apartment, clean and tidy

Nothing. It was absolutely perfect.

The apartment was clean and everything you need is provided i.e towels, cleaning supplies, toiletries etc. Stunning view of the sea and sunset/sunrise. The location is perfect with restaurants, shops and a beautiful beach all nearby. It was perfect for me, my partner and our two kids. The owner, Hosni, was available within minutes if we needed anything and was friendly, hospitable and helpful.

Everything about it exceptional, close to the beach. The old medina is only 15 minutes walk

It's an apartment that makes you happy because it has everything that you need to feel very comfortable. beautiful, and clean, top residency plus the owners are lovely people ,very helpful.

Uploading photos by Wi-Fi was slow so I used mobile data instead.

Beautiful apartment just like the photos, central heat, wonderful view, comfortable bed. High quality furnishings and decorations. Nice to have 1.5 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen. Electric window blinds which made the bedroom very dark for sleeping. Fast elevator to 9th floor. We found parking spaces on the street without trouble.

Everything was perfect, believe me, it's nicer than the pictures ❤️, i was amazed especially by the balcony and Seaview, having morning coffee there is so relaxing. Thank you mohsin , will definitely come back.

If you are a light sleeper, you might find the noise from the street a bit annoying.

Very spacious. Nice view from the balcony. Good contact with the host. Easy access to the apartment. Great breakfast restaurant nearby. So far, the best place we have stayed in Tunisia.

Beautifully decorated apartment in the centre of Sousse with a sea view. Seamless check in and entry system. Spacious and equipped with everything you need. We have a toddler and we also got a very good quality cot for him. We booked it very last minute after we've been let down by a quality of the hotel and everything was ready for us in just a few hours. Great communication with host who was more than helpful and responsive. We had a late flight and they let us stay a bit longer and leave our luggage. Highly recommended and we would be booking again if back in Sousse.

There is nothing that we didn't like really.

Really lovely accommodation and highly recommended. Everything went pretty smooth. The flat is bigger than how it looks on the photos, really spacious. It has a lovely sea view and 5 means walk to the beach (where hotels customers use - this is especially good because local area's beaches could be less comfortable than tourist populated parts of the area) The hosts very really good as well. it has towels, iron, and anything you may need. Overall we are pleased

The place was really excellent. we stayed wit four people and was more than spacious enough. The appartement, including the kitchen was well equipped. it was close (10 min walk) to the beach which also looked great. finally, the apartment was close to restaurants and clubs where our daughters went out. thx Marc

Nothing, everything was great!

The apartment is so clean, tidy and well equipped. The view from the balcony and windows is amazing, you can see over sousse and you can see the ocean! the location is perfect also, only a short walk away from the beach, bars, cafes, restaurants and everything else you need! Hosni was always available to contact if needed, we look forward to staying again!

Parking spot is not so easy to find (maybe due to holidays) and the noise at night (loud music from nearby clubs) is a little disturbing (although being on the 9th floor helped a little and hosni did not hide this before so a thanks for the transparency)

The view is amazing (better than the pictures) and the building is secure (cameras, password). A special thanks to hosni who facilitated the check-in and was available for enquiries. Everything is top-notch

* One of the beds was too hard, causing discomfort for my husband. * The frying pan needs replacement. * The apartment lacked clear guidelines for using appliances; we struggled with the oven as it used both gas and electricity. * The consumer unit was sparking and glitchy—maintenance is needed for safety. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this apartment with a few improvements.

We stayed in this apartment for 7 nights in January as a family of four, and overall, we had a pleasant experience. Likes: * Spacious apartment, perfect for a family of four. * Modern and clean decor. * Fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. * Netflix available on the TV. * Strong broadband on most days. * Great location—supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance. * Beautiful city view from the apartment. * Elevator in the building. * Exceptional host—kind, responsive, and even lent us his SIM card when the internet was down.
