Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PortugalThe place is incredible, but the host is even more. Made sure our stay was perfect. The date farm is beautiful, the sun shining through the palm leaves, is magical enjoying a bottle of wine, the warm water of the pool, the bungalow, the barbacue. The host arranged tours, activities, transfer all at half the prices we checked, with door pick up. quad tours in the desert, visit the oasis, star Wars set. Even a transfer to Djerba In front there is a small café with breakfast/brunch, warm croissants and good coffee. Fast WiFi, kitchen utilities, small fridge, AC Is worth to visit Tozeur just to stay here

SwitzerlandI usually do not give 10 for a review, but this magic place truly deserves it.
The bungalows is a special place, in a palm grove. You feel like you are entering a different world, silent and beautiful. The one room apartment is new which is great because it means everything inside is new too and very well functioning. The ambience is cozy and chic, without being pretentious. A small kitchen corner with a fridge was very appreciated by us. There is heating/cooler to adjust the temperature to your own preferences, if needed. And outside is just wonderful. There are only palms all around for the cultivation of dates. And a pool that makes the atmosphere even more magic.. and can always be used to take a bath! We were a couple with a 3 year old kid who enjoyed running around the property a lot. We were very spoiled during the whole stay by the owner. He was able to accommodate all our needs with grace and warmth and at the same time to leave us our privacy. The place is 5 min away on foot to a spot where you can rent a dromedary for a walk or the quad for a drive. It is perfect to enjoy the sunset too! Going the other way, you can walk toward the center of Tozour (which is not super close on foot but you can reach it very quickly on a carriage!). With a 10 min walk you can also reach a lovely museum on the history of the country which I would recommend. Ah and in front of the bungalows there is a lovely cafe, where you can get several different beverages. Beautiful spot too to relax !!

AustraliaAt 135 euros a night it was overpriced. It was very out of sync with the prices we paid elsewhere for a similar standard of accommodation. I would give it a higher score if it was cheaper. The mattress needs replacing. We could feel every spring inside it.
The setting of this place in a palm grove was lovely. The freshwater pool was very picturesque. The owner was really helpful and informative.
