I’m incredibly grateful to all the warm and welcoming staff who made our stay feel like a true home away from home. The buffet was impressive, offering a diverse selection of dishes, many of which were naturally gluten-free. Every meal—including breakfast—featured staples like steamed rice and sautéed potatoes. Dinner included additional rice-based dishes and mashed potatoes, complemented by flavorful options such as salads, ratatouille, and shakshuka. Clear labeling helped identify allergens and gluten content whenever relevant, which was very helpful. I especially enjoyed the fresh salads, olives, and seasonal fruits. The dates, watermelon, and figs were delicious and perfectly ripe during our visit. And I must say—the coffee was good 😊

The A/C in the room and the entire hotel was not good enough. We felt constantly too hot and it affected our sleep as well. The lighting was not sufficient in the room and the reception area also had reduced lighting. It seems like the hotel management is trying to reduce their electricity bill. These 2 issues are not acceptable at all and considering how much we paid for our stay we feel ripped off. Even 1 star hotels we have stayed in Mediterranean countries have better functioning air conditioning than this hotel. Another issue is that breakfast started at 7 am, however the staff did not finish essential preparations and setting up for breakfast until 7.20-30 am.

Couldn't have a glass of wine with my evening meal, as I was told I wasn't all inclusive so I had no wine all week. its always been charged to my room in the past when staying at the hotel for work

The drinks at the bar were very basic, and the card was useless as the staff didn't know how to make them. Example: the card has a list of Mocktails, and when we tried to order one, the only thing the team knew how to do was the virgin mojito. In the end, they served us a basic juice instead. In general, I think you could do better and this will improve the experience at the bar immensely. .

The cleanliness is exceptional. The staff is very polite, respectful, and helpful, always with the smile. The variety of the food is remarkable.

We only had breakfast as we ate outside the rest of the time. More fresh fruits and pressed juices would be great. Poney ride was great but was not easy to book I had to go around in circles for a while. Wifi in the first room (6) was good but was very poor in room 32

Nice hotel and a nice location. Clean and spacious room for the 3 of us. Check in was smooth and the room was ready upon arrival. The beach is really good , transparent water and fine sand. The mini club and mini disco for kids were great . Special mention to Tata and Mona who took good care of the little one. They also have a ranch with beautiful horses and poneys which the little one loved.

There a lot of flies - they can look into burning incense/oils to keep the flies away, especially in the dining hall.

I stayed for a week and have taken half board, this is the second time I've stayed at this resort. The rooms are comfortably and the staff are friendly and helpful (they helped us to rent a car on our previous stay)
