Sound proofing in the rooms could be better as everytime the furniture is moved in the room next door, it disturbs us.

Brilliant stay and lovely hospitality. I want to give a shout out to Fakhri (you were excellent), Abdul Haq (awesome waiter) and Suaat (thanks for keeping the room clean and tidy). I will definitely return again and will recommend other also. Thank you for your impeccable service.

The cocktails are not what i class as cocktails, but drinkable My only complaint is that on 3 days (out of 7) the sea was filthy… i spent hours removing floating rubbish from the sea by hand & putting it in the bin.. I won’t go into detail with the rubbish i cleared but it was bad.. & no one wants to swim with rubbish . beautiful beach, clear sea but rubbish floating everywhere. My OCD was up there & i didn’t mind doing a beach clean, as it kept me busy. i’m fully aware the hotel have no control as to what’s dumped on the ocean & what gets washed up,, apparently it gets washed up from italy. but it’s not nice swimming with plastic, rubbish & things i won’t mention.. When they have bad wash up days it wouldn’t take much to have a member of staff to go in with a net to collect it all. The beach staff & guests who were watching me did thank me for my efforts. i felt i was on a losing battle but i felt every little helped & i was doing my bit to keep our oceans clean. Humans are destroying our beautiful beaches & oceans. 4 days the ocean was clean so it wasn’t every day .

We were a group of 4 & all of us can highly recommend this hotel. The staff are friendly & helpful & always smiling . The food & drink choice is fabulous. There was always sun loungers available & we didn’t have any problems getting one. As usual a lot of the loungers had towels placed on them early morning by the “sun lounger saver wa*kers” who then don’t actually use them but feel the need to go down at 7am & place their towels claiming it theirs for the day but you get that everywhere. I’m not sure how it would be high season, but going in May was quieter & we always got seated where we wanted. The beach staff bring you comfy mats to go on the loungers & are happy to assist. waiters serve you drinks on the beach. (A tip goes a long way & the staff work hard so be generous) The room was clean & comfortable. Entertainment was good.. The a la carte restaurant was a treat.. we went to the italian. it was delicious. 4 courses so id recommend you have a smaller lunch that day unless your a big eater with a big stomach.

I recently stayed at your hotel and unfortunately encountered an issue that I believe should not occur in a 5-star establishment. The air conditioner in my room was not working, and despite reporting it, it took an unreasonably long time to resolve the situation. The delay in offering a room change caused significant discomfort, and I feel this level of service does not reflect the standards expected from a hotel of your category. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work to ensure quicker and more proactive solutions for future guests.

Faultless!

An absolutely fabulous place to stay - amazing facilities and great food. So many different options for every meal - and they change each day. The staff are excellent. So friendly and helpful and all want you to have a great stay. The head chef at the restaurant was so kind to our daughter who has a nut allergy and took her around and showed her what she could have to make her feel comfortable and safe. We had a suite and it was a great size for four of us - a real luxury!

Too many noisy children running around unsupervised. Hotel staff should have stopped it. The hotel was too busy for us on this occasion unlike our previous visit which was much quieter. We noticed it was much more family orientated with lots of children.

Very good choice of food. Location.Staff in restaurant excellent Sami Memat and Mohamed who looked after us.The Piano man was brilliant highlight of our evening 2 hours non stop.

We stayed for four nights in the hotel and loved every single second of it. Recommended by a colleague, the hotel fulfilled all our expectations: nice food, friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms, great mattress and huge bed, friendly service, all included, ... A forward front-door taxi brings you to Sousse, Monastir, ... Great relaxing atmosphere.

I have always had an amazing experience at Iberostar hotels, and Kantaoui Bay is no exception ! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. The food was outstanding – so many delicious options to choose from and great variety every day. Whether you’re into local dishes or international cuisine, there’s something for everyone. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. And I have to give a huge shoutout to the animation team – they were on fire! Energetic, fun, and always keeping the vibe alive with great shows and activities. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and enjoyable holiday!

Outdoor pools were too cold to use comfortably but it’s early in the season. Entertainment in the evenings was rather hit and miss.

Outstanding staff in all areas. I have rarely seen such kind and friendly personnel, they really look as though they enjoy working at the hotel. Large heated indoor pool was a hit with the kids, good buffet quality. Right on the beach.

Incredible service, great food options including two a la carte restaurants, proximity to the beach, staff were amazing. Download bolt and get a taxi to Sousse for about 15TND and from there you can travel around.

Expensive airport taxi booked through reception although taxi driver was nice and has an extended knowledge about the country.

My only comment would be the rooms need stronger lighting particularly for the evenings.

Staff are excellent! Clean large rooms with comfortable beds. Good food selection at all meal times, drinks are served at table by waiters and topped up continuously. Animation team are super, we had a lovely time at the evening shows- Johnny, Loulou, Speedy & Mira - the best dancers I've seen! Wifi is superb best we have come across worldwide. Make sure you book a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel.

We got complimentary acces to the spa ( i think spa operation is separate from hotel but not sure) We got complimentary massage and pool access from Iberostar so kind gesture We didnt feel the spa receptionists are too friendly, so We used only the pool (salty water), jacuzzi ( was so cold) By mistake we used the sauna to try, but good we didnt pay for it as the Sauna is horrible old, not even 50 celsius inside...not recommending to spend any money for this spa...better to go to the sea instead... Hotel pool nice size but closing 5:30pm Gym is ok, better than i expected but dated and old equipments.

The hotel is a Paradise in the Tunis chaos I have never had as many nice food in my life The sweets are perfect, bars are giving to you coctails all day, night entertainments are so fun All inclusive is perfect in this Hotel We got upgrade, so we had huge room with see view The lady (cant memorized her name) who cleaned on 3 floor Room 329 was so nice and our room was cleaned nicely We go fresh flowers also into our room Really recommending this hotel
