The food does not reflect the standards of a five-star hotel, as the lunch and dinner buffets offer limited variety. Also, the front desk was often unreachable—I called several times without any answer.

The pools are fantastic. Even though the hotel was fully booked, it never felt crowded, and swimming was always a pleasant experience. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Check in process was very long and the reception extremely crowded. Buffet food was kind of ok, but dishes partly dirty. Floor was greasy and slippery. Bar service was very poor (walking around very rarely)

There are no other facilities around. Beware of the taxi scam outside. The hotel offers outraging transfer to the nearby airport (70 TND).

The food was not so good - I would not say it is 5 star. It was January, and so quiet, but that was only moderately a factor. The lunches I paid for in the Italian restaurant I preferred to the buffet restaurant for breakfast.

We enjoyed our second day breakfast and dinner. The first day food was below expectations in all aspects.

Everything was extremely great. The staff are professional. The suite was completely perfect. The decore and the room amenities are superb.

Alarm rang several times in the middle of the night apparently because some guests were smoking. This seems to be a regular occurrence and management should address so that guests are not woken up in the middle of the night.

The food in the a la carte restaurant was very disappointing, also the service from the restaurant team was not friendly and even rude once…. We did enjoy the burger and the service in the pool restaurant. The servers in the buffet restaurant were not attentive, were laughing and talking to each others all the time without paying attention to the guests, they were actually avoiding eye contact and when we were trying to get someone attention and they would try to send someone else.

The beach was super nice and clean, rooms are big with really comfortable beds. The Pool area was very clean and well organised. Reception team and door team were very professional and responsive, always smiling. Overall was a nice experience and I would recommend.

The pool was only 142 cm deep. It’s a personal preference I like it when it goes up to 2m. The stay was pretty expensive
