Old fashioned facilities that needs replacing and updating. Overall good quality but it doesn’t meet 4 stars standard as in other hotels in the same location. Average breakfast but you can find what you need. The bar pool restaurant is very good quality. Overall nice staff but serious upgrade must be considered

Great location. The hotel is a bit old and outdated in term of style. Clean, practical room facilities. The garden and the beach are great places to relax and enjoy the time spent there. The location is great, 5 minutes' walk from the marina.

I liked everything. The only things that could be improved from my point of view, is a little bit more proactive information about the services of the hotel (but it is not a 5star hotel, so it is ok). When one asks one gets always a reply. Also, in the bathtub the water was stuck a bit, but not a major issue.

Very calm, spacious hotel and spacious hotel rooms. No major disfunctionalities in the room. Breakfast with Variety of bread, pastries, fruit, jam, eggs, nuts, cookies. Different pools. Located by the beach. Towels from the hotel. AC and Internet worked well. Despite the location of the hotel not fair from an amusement Park, it was quiet, which I appreciated a lot. One could definitely relax.

They told us that Burkini is not allowed in the pool, which is clearly an unacceptable discrimination against certain women. Otherwise, I needed an iron but they had none in the hotel.

The hotel has a nice garden and a couple of pools and access to the beach. Overall clean and quite, we liked the live music during dinner time on the terrace. Personnel is helpful. Breakfast was relatively simple but good.

Everything was beautiful and nice. It was our wedding and we could have a shooting at the hotel and all the hotel stuff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is rich and full of variety, pool is amazing, beach is amazing restaurant bar is so good, The room was so clean and has a balcony very quiet and big. AC is perfect. We loved it so much we added one more night even though we had to go to another city after. Thank you so much and definitely see you next time :)

1. Most of the staff are pretty rude, with the exception for a couple.l of them. 2. They offer nothing with the room! No tea bags, no water kettle, no coffee machine or coffee packs, not even a water bottle to drink! I stayed for four days and only received a complementary fruit plate when I checked in. 3. THE WORST PART: I arrived in Sousse for a formal event and checked in around 4pm. I requested that a shirt of mine is ironed and I was told that the laundry closes at 3pm and thus the shirt can't be ironed and that the hotel has no irons that can be shared with me. I had to go to another hotel where a friend was staying to iron my shirt. 4. The bar area is very dirty. I was served ice that tastes like dirt and fell sick after that. I then learned that there are two types of ice in Tunisia, one for consuming with drinks and one that is used just for cooling packages, ans seems they served me the latter. 5. They didn't alow me to use the gym ans requested around 20 euros a day to get access to the spa (where the gym is located) so I can use the gym which is ridiculous. 6. Their golf course looks like a potato field ans is not well kept at all. When I attempted to play and give it a try, they had no equipment for either golf or tennis and offered me to get a coach for around 30euros a session. You'd expect them to have equipment around! 7. The breakfast is quite poor and ends at 10AM. 8. For the price if 90 euros, you are much better off taking an airbnb for half that price or paying a bit more and going to an all-inclusive resort nearby. 9. I went to try the pool just once, I didn't enter the pool as it had leaves and other things from nearby trees floating around in it and I couldn't be sure when it was last cleaned.

The room was comfortable and clean, I paid for a Seaview and had a pretty nice one.
