TunisiaThe paint on the balconies was chipping away, we could hear kids running down the hall late at night. The beach was really dirty and hardly accessible.
The omelettes and bambouloni were fantastic. The staff was lovely. It's a great value.

TunisiaThe beach "closes" at 6pm (meaning you either go back to the hotel before that or you get locked out at the beach without the possibility to get back in). Food is not five stars but fine for a beach holiday.
Hotel by the beach, there is a restaurant open more or less at any time of the day (or night), and there is an arcade room!

United KingdomSpa staffs unhelpful, terrible service and arrogant. We had to wait ages for treatments they seemed at care more with the gentlemen than the ladies…Terrible air conditioning not powerful enough in communal areas and rooms. The rooms could do with a bit of refreshing.
Beach was at the hotel front door, Food was very great and very varied, exceptional waiting services Reception Manager was at care and very approachable and welcoming, friendly and made everything requested possible and acted fast. Restaurant staffs and cleaner very sweet and went extra miles making our stay enjoyable. We had a very nice time and great memories and will be back to this hotel.

The room was very old and dirty. I don’t recommend this hotel if you want luxury and cleanness. The WiFi did not work in my room! The employees acted annoyed when I asked them for something.

I experienced some discrimination, and was lucky to meet the director of the hotel by chance and talked to him, but his answer was not professional !! We were there 3 families and 2 friends and we all decided not to visit it again. Too noisy. More as 4 stars hotel not 5.

United StatesThe Air Conditionner was broken out of order and did not work. There was very loud music until 11 pm. Missing sheets in both rooms we booked. When we complained about the AC not working at the reception, we were told that the AC will operate on June 15th and that it was too early now. The temperature was around 30 degrees Celcius and it was humid in both our rooms. Despite the efforts from the maintenance team to fix the AC, it still did not work and made our stay very uncomfortable. The rooms were extremeky hot, loud because of the loud music until 11PM. Also the toilet flush was continuously draining water and making noise. This was fixed by maintenance but was broken again the second day. We also booked thalasso therapy packages for 3 people. There was ZERO communication to us about how this worked. They guided us to the hot steam room and never told us that they will be back or that someone will be with us. Zero communication. The AC system is very old from 1995 and the rooms have only one power outlet. Overall this is a very old hotel, bad AC, Very loud. Definitely not worth 5 Stars.
