Some of the outdoor furniture is very dated and not very comfortable. Change menu occasionally.

Not enough loungers by pool. Buffet wasn’t clear about times. Need to remove some umbrellas or trees so more sun next to pool. Had to keep moving to catch the sun and floor very slippy.

The view from the room wasn’t very nice, and the room looked a bit dated. The pool was smaller than it appeared in the photos. Not all staff members spoke English, so when I called the laundry service, they couldn’t assist and asked me to call the front desk instead. After using the laundry service, the clothes had a very strong chlorine smell, which made me question whether it was worth using it at all.

The hotel is conveniently located, and the room was fairly spacious. While the interior wasn’t the freshest, it was generally okay. The hotel was quiet, and breakfast was good. The staff were friendly and willing to help — they assisted with things like exchanging money and booking a car. Laundry service was very fast, and they returned everything quickly.

Because I was in a room that was quite isolated, which I loved, the wifi was terrible in that room. Wifi throughout the hotel was good speed, except my room. And the elephant in the room. AC set to a sweltering 22.5c. That's it, no choice. Luckily I was able to open 2 large windows in my room and with the hotel room door open I was able to get a nice draft coming through. I probably won't stay again because of the AC issue. It was too hot in the room, Guests should be able to choose their own comfort level.

I had a room at the end of the main corridor so was super quiet, had a nice view over the over-grown gardens out the back, The shower had good pressure and the bed was very comfy. House keeping was excellent. Clean, modern rooms, The restaurant on the first floor offered a good menu, try the pasta folks, excellent. I thought the breakfast OK.... A lot of that strange Middle Eastern food that our mid-east cousins from there really love! Overall, staff were very friendly and helpful and were always willing to assist

The smell of smoke very evident. So this was not nice smelling all the second hand smoke now part of the floor. Did not have any towels on day two till I had to ask in the evening. Breakfast looked not so exciting.

The location is ideal with a 7-10 min ride into centrum. The room was large and had all the basics. The pool is large, deep and cold. Enjoyed it. Dinner at 1st floor restaurant was a surprising 8/10.
