We had an amazing stay - the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The food was exceptional, with an impressive variety of options. The facilities were outstanding, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for relaxation and enjoyment. There was a range of activities and entertainment on offer. From morning to night, there was always something to do for guests of all ages. Whether it was live evening or shows. You’ll never feel bored here! We left feeling relaxed, entertained, and very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. Our stay was outstanding — from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay. The animations

We went there for the first time time that was great, all the stuff was so nice and friendly. The animation team could be better ( programs) . The food was amazing ☺️

No clear queuing system in the restaurant. Swimming pool is cleaned too early (around 6pm maybe).

I really felt welcome by the staff. Special thanks to Moussa in reception, Ziko in entertainment and Chef Essid in the buffet restaurant.

The beach , it wasn’t that clean . We had to swim with plastics and trash all over . Outside the water it was clean .

Not a big issue for me personally but I think some traveler’s may think that it needs a revamp . The veg options were limited. Plenty of salads, pizza and pasta but not much in the way of actual vegetarian protein based dishes. Otherwise the food was good and above all clean. Restaurant staff are all fabulous and took great care.

Staff very attentive plus Location, beach and water sports facilities were very good value. liked the vibe too.

Every minute of our 5-day holiday was very fun. The staff were very friendly and interested. The animation team was legendary. They are very entertaining and know how to entertain. In our next Tunisian holiday, we found the hotel we will go directly without looking for another hotel.

Everything was great! check-in staff was very friendly, they upgrade our reservation to all inclusive. Restaurant was full with different dishes and it was very delicious. Thanks for the pizza master, he make fantastic pizza! Room and public area was verry cleanning. We will back again, afcours!

Mohammed and his team were nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, they were exceptionally helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Was very nice surprised by the hospitality and friendly attitute of the staff. Want to thank especcially to Mr.Imet who took care of me from the check-in till the end of my stay. Special thanks also to Mrs.Rehma who took care of my room and was always very positive. The food was tasty and different. The staff in the restaurant was also very friendly and helpfull. Couldn't find a fault

everything about hotel was excellent. Staff could not have been more helpful from we entered the hotel. Staff at reception dining areas pool areas cleaning really anyone we came in contact with. Lots of entertainment throughout the day and evening We had a small child with us who treated like prince. My daughter had 30th birthday and hotel staff made a lovely birthday cake made and organised a beautiful flower arrangement to be delivered to the table The rooms were spotless and we were upgraded on arrival. Food was excellent with different special cocktails every evening with delicious snacks before dinner. Also went to smaller waiter service restaurant for Tunisian and Italian evening. This was included in all inclusive Already looking at returning later in year

I didn’t find anything that I didn’t like.

I stayed for a long weekend at Iberostar Diar el Andalous again. It was my third time, and I am always happy to come back to relax a bit. There are a couple of reasons why I am a returning customer. First, the location of the hotel is close to Enfidha Airport—it takes only 25 minutes by car, which is very convenient for me. Second, it has a beautiful private beach. Third, the spa center and the gym are fantastic. However, the main reason I am a returning guest is the absolutely great customer service at the hotel. The staff provide outstanding service. Mohamed, the assistant director, and Imed, the guest manager, along with his assistant, are absolutely brilliant. I would also like to give special thanks to Fatima and Sondes at the spa center for their excellent service. Additionally, special thanks to Najwa, the very kind cleaning lady who kept my room super clean, and Hajer, the lovely receptionist who was endlessly kind, helpful, and professional. I had a short but wonderful stay at the hotel, and I will definitely come back again.
