They let us check in early without any extra charges . They arranged a taxi for free . Lots of slides for every age group . Slides opens directly into the pool. Good entertainment for younger children every night . Variety of food

The hotel management, Sami, looked after us very well. They kept us food for our late arrival, gladly passed a room for a late checkout, very friendly and made or girls birthday very special. All staff were brilliant! Kids loved the pools and slides.

I didn't like that I had to leave.

From the moment I arrived, I was genuinely impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the reception team. Their welcoming approach set the tone for the entire visit, every member of staff I encountered went out of their way to ensure my stay was memorable. It’s rare to find such attentive and friendly service across the board. The resort itself is stunning, especially the beach area and aqua park area,, beautifully maintained, serene, and perfect for unwinding. This wasn’t just a stay, it was an experience. The exterior and the interior could do with some upgrades.

The service, the staff. Everyone worked so hard to accommodate us. Travelling with 2 under five isn't easy, but the staff at this hotel were so helpful. The rooms were clean, the food was a delicious, clean beach. little ones definitely enjoyed the splash area. Big thank you to Sami and Bassem, who made our stay extra special. We were originally staying at a 5 star hotel but it was too quiet for the children then we decided to leave and finished our holiday at Venus beach. Not posh, but I definitely enjoyed our stay .

The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive to every little detail, they simply make you feel welcome. The food is fresh, delicious, and offers a great variety. The water park is both huge and safe; my daughter gave it a perfect 10/10! Overall, the experience was excellent, and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended!

We were pleasantly surprised by our experience at this hotel, which exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by extremely professional staff, always smiling and ready to help. We received different-colored wristbands and were told that, as Booking.com guests, we were considered special clients — and we truly felt that way throughout our stay. We were greeted with a fruit platter in our room, had free access to a safe, and a kettle was also provided, adding extra comfort. The food was absolutely delicious — even better than at other 5-star hotels we’ve stayed in. On the beach, there were plenty of water activities available, and we tried the jet ski, which was an amazing experience. The team managing the water sports was highly professional and ensured everything was safe and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quality service, great hospitality, and an enjoyable vacation experience.

So in terms of not liking, maybe the coffee was not spectacular MAybe you could add freshly pressed orange juice to the offer( again in terms of food was amazing) and maybe you can add a third pool table

The stuff was so friendly and welcoming, the slides was amazing to have a watter park available at your door with so many slides and friendly life guards, the food was uau I think I gained 5 kg, location great and super many activities to choose from. A Great place

The property is beach front that was really important for us and the beach was really clean they have horse riding and camel riding activities which was very fun, the food was really good everyday they serve a different cuisine from Italian to English to Arabic all with great quality not to mention the delicious snacks between meals and free coffee and beverages. The place is very clean and the rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed most the Aquapark it was big and made for all aged from babies to adults we all had great fun the pools were very clean and the staff were really friendly. Hope to visit again soon it was really fun to stay there.

The Aquapark was great, very clean and safe, of different spaces for kids and adults. Also, there were the indoor pool and the spa, and with my all-inclusive booking reservation, everything literally everything was free!! With great quality, the food was amazing. I thanked the chefs many times during my staying. The rooms were very clean and the staff was helpful specially Mr. ALI AND Mr. Salah. The property was wide and well designed with many green spaces. Free snacks at every corner it felt like heaven. Also they have many entertaining family programs like kids parties and yoga and football it was fun for all ages. Great place for Families.

The food was phenomenal, with great variety and delicious we stayed for 8 days we felt pampered by great hospitality the staff is really friendly, the rooms were very clean as well as the pools and sea shore. Everything is well presented we really would like to go again soon. They present great program of yoga and football archery and kids entertainment it's impossible to feel bored at this place. We had great fun 😁
