The worst is the duvets and sheets and pillow covers, they are old and should be replaced for sure, which made my sleeping not too well. And I don’t like that there is a separate sheet between the duvet and bed sheet. Just don’t understand this design. Considering it’s just a proper hotel but not a luxury one, the price of it is too high for me, in such an undeveloped country. And don’t understand I have paid so much but they cannot provide such cheap water everyday. Also a part of the hotel is under renovation I guess and you can easily get into the construction site from the corridor, which makes people feel uncomfortable.

Facilities are very proper. It’s just a proper hotel with newly decorated interiors. Everything is clean and the toilet with good quality. WiFi is also very good. Very good breakfast.

the elevator doesn’t stop in the second floor, so u need to get to the first floor the go by stairs to the second floor. It’s inconvenient if u have a heavy luggage. on my last day there was some building work, which made it a bit noisy.

The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Tunis, with everything you need just a short walk away. Shops, cafés, restaurants, and key attractions are all nearby, making it super convenient. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and welcoming, with friendly staff who are always ready to help. The hotel combines comfort with the best location in town. The breakfast is also delicious and varied, a great way to start the day.

We were asked to pay the full stay in advance, which was unexpected. This should be clearly communicated during booking. There were noisy repairs happening during breakfast hours — even on weekends. Management should consider starting this work after 10am to avoid disturbing guests. Breakfast was the same every day, with no food labels, which is a problem for guests with allergies or dietary preferences. Restaurant staff could benefit from more hospitality training — even just smiling more would improve the guest experience

We stayed at this hotel and found the staff to be very polite and helpful, especially the lady who cleaned our room — she was kind and friendly. The room was comfortable, AC worked very well, and the location is great for exploring the city centre, Medina, and Bab Al Bahr area. Plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby

Lovely hotel with a great location. The room was pretty, the bed very comfortable, and the balcony is worth the extra cost. Friendly staff and excellent service — they let us keep our room until a late-night flight for a small fee, which was very helpful. Everything from prices to airport transfer timing was reliable. Highly recommended!

This room was basic and in the older part of the hotel, but there is a section of the hotel that has recently been renevated and is very nice, we stayed our second night in the new part of the building wich was much better and i do recommend. The breakfast was a good selection, hotel.id right in the city of tunis so it's east to get around.
