My stay was incredibly pleasant—so much so that I was considering extending it. Unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. However, every service provided, without exception, was of the highest quality. The room was comfortable, and the staff were both professional and welcoming. The food was varied and delicious. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff at Bellevue Park Hotel for making my stay truly enjoyable. A special thank you to Mrs. Hayet and Mrs. Rabiaa at the reception for your exceptional professionalism—truly unmatched. Long live the women of my country! I must also acknowledge Mr. Mokhtar in the restaurant. Thank you immensely for your professionalism and for maintaining order in the restaurant despite the large number of guests. As my vacation comes to an end, I’ll be leaving the country in a week. Inshallah, I plan to return next year for a longer stay.

Air con needed to be better in the actual hotel, it was warm in the lobby and especially the restaurant, people were sweating while eating which wasn’t nice!

The property is spacious with loads of indoor and outdoor spaces. It’s very clean, it’s immaculate. The rooms are big and clean. The staff is so kind, everyone we chatted to seemed happy to work there too. And they looked after us so well. Lunch and dinner were good with a variety of food.

I can’t think of anything

I had a fabulous time with my family and I can’t wait to come back again. Beach was clean and superb. The pools were a delight. I enjoyed the variety of foods. Excellent service. Huge rooms. Everyone was super helpful and accommodating. Loved it.

🪫Concerns regarding the behavior of some kitchen staff 🪫It is recommended to provide new digital room lockers (with passcode access instead of traditional keys).

🪙 The room was clean and tidy. 🪙 Overall, the staff were very welcoming. 🪙 The animation team was excellent, with enjoyable programs. 🪙 The food was tasty, varied, and delicious.

It was amazing, so much variety with regards to food, there were plenty of pools, beach access… just amazing. The staff were very friendly and willing to assist.

1) the check-in was absolute chaos. No queue system system and free for all. Everyone was jostling for space. Just mad! 2) the drinks if you are not on AI package are VERY expensive. Just insane. 3) the buffet (especially on a Sat night and Sun morning) was uncomfortably packed with people. They were everywhere. Hard to find a table, cutlery, plates and get drinks served. Not really becoming of a 5* property. The second night and morning was a bit better.

Large pool area and on the beach. Room was spacious. Nice lobby area for a relaxing drink. Massive buffet (please see neg comments on this). Good value for money.

I could not fault anything! 😀

This is a very beautiful hotel and we had an amazing time! You will not be dissapointed!, we stayed her for 5 nights as a group of 13 (7 adults and 6 kids) . The hotel is modern and is very big, with security for added safety. there are a few indoor shops that you can browse and buy essentials from. The staff are very friendly, lovely and attentive and nothing was ever too much, I want to say a special thankyou to all the dining and bar staff, and especially to the cleaners, they all went above and beyond to cater to all our needs. The food was amazing! , there was lots of variety to choose from, that included traditional foods, seafood, steaks, cous cous to name a few and good variety of food for the kids such as pizza, chicken steaks and chips! The desserts were also fantastic! The rooms were very clean and spacious,the beds were very comfy and we loved the views that we had (sea view). The rooms had flat screen tvs and the wifi is very fast (just like home) it even works from the beach! We did have a problem with one of the fridges that were broken, but this was rectified very quickly! The beach was absolutely stunning, white sands and crystal blue turquoise waters! There are camel/ horse riding, and paragliding activities available, You will not be dissapointed! We enjoyed our stay so much that we will definitely be returning!

Far from Sousse centre (15 min car ride) Many of the hotels nearby (including this) were pumping sewage water into the sea which I witnessed on my morning run.

High quality hotel with lovely staff. Was greeted with kindness from the moment I walked in. Massage was exceptional and very reasonably priced. Food was good. Check in and out was super easy.

We didn't get a robe and a few other additions like toothbrush, slippers, etc.

The buffet food was delicious. There was so much variety and kids loved it too. The room was clean and spacious.

streaching and yoga were not well run, teachers dis not pay attention at what they do and at students.

Very beautiful hotel at the beach, a lot of sun beds at the pool and outside, affordable spa. There are various activities to choose from inside and outside of the hotel. The staff is very nice.

As we were on the 1st floor with children in the large Suite, the music from the disco proved disturbing late at night aswell as sporadic banging and moving of heavy objects by staff from the Service room which was directly above our room.

Breakfast was good with good options. Dinner choices were also good. The staff were ever friendly and helpful.
