It is a bit expensive in comparison to the quality of hotels in the UAE that holds the same price. However, we were still satisfied, and the breakfast was yummy!

We liked the hotel staff they were all really nice and kind especially the houskeeping specifically madam Wafaa she was trustworthy to the max.

Menu of the restaurant is not English The hotel change our dollars to Tunis dinars just 1 dollar to 3 while all hotels do 3.2 People who are not guests or residents in this hotel can come in and use the pool Breakfast is ok for the weekend and it is so limited

The staff was not nice in the resturants. With a la carte Some staff members in the reception was not helpful at all.

AC is poor in the rooms and in the common areas Mosquitoes in the room

There is no sink in the toilets for the water, also some items were missing in the toilets

There was maintenance going on one of the swimming pools which happened to be my view, very loud work.. other than that this resort top my list when coming to Tunis

Staff was good , actually the manager asked me if I have any comments and I told him about putting coffee machine in the room , I returned in the afternoon and found a Lavazza machine in the room

There were construction works at the hotel. Someone was literally hitting a hammer on my room's ceiling. I complained 2 times but they didn't stop. That was disappointing.

The Breakfast was good, The bed was so comfortable. The overall atmosphere is pleasant.

The restaurant was bad and not in line with the hotel standards. The meat is very bad in general either cooked or grilled. We tried the open buffet and the other restaurant but we decided to go out for a proper dinner in the last couple of nights.

I spent 4 nights with my wife. The hotel was very nice and clean. You have everything you need and the staff was very nice and helpful. I really appreciate the help from the reception responsible lady - although I don’t remember her name- when she was very helpful and accepted to change our room the second day to another one with a large bed. She was smiling and accommodating which was really appreciated. The breakfast was nice and very diverse. All the staff were nice we had no issue.

I have requested to decorate my room for honeymoon the bed, the send reply it’s ok, however they did not. during weekend many people come outside of resort just paying normal entrance fees, thus the swimming pool full of people comparing to normal days

The staff only speaks Arabic and French no English! Discoloured bathroom towels and gown.They were yellowish instead of white. The matras was on the hard side.

The beach is right at the back of the hotel. The hotel on its own is an attraction, there is plenty to do. The hotel is clean. Breakfast buffet has a variety of options.

Getting searched at the entrance every time
