Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesSome of the worker put fresh meat in my refrigerator before i get my room ! He kep nick my door while I’m sleeping and i asked me to get his meat from the refrigerator !! Second; i didn’t get my change back from the lady that working in the coffee at noon because she doesn’t have change and she said when u com back u will find ur change with the reception! I went to the reception after 4 hours they said she doesn’t gave us any thing also she gone!

LibyaStarting with the room the blind were not blocking the light well and could wake you up ( I stayed over the weekend and no reason to wake up early). The other thing I noticed is the floor seemed greasy and the wall cabinet had a weird smell, and the breakfast was poor but thinking of the price it makes sense.
I like that room is clean, and the location is not as bad as you can walk to take the tram or pick a taxi easily, also you could walk to the city centre in 20 mins.
