There was a lot visitors and sometimes it was challenging for service to manage it, especially during serving breakfast.

We were supposed to have a suite and got put in a double and there was only one towel but clearly two people. We had to ask for extra towels which they delivered. The Wifi also kept cutting out and didn't stay connected.

Nice room, very friendly staff, outstanding breakfast and food and coffee always available. Nice amenities like a gym available. Very clean and comfortable!!

We booked a double room and the room had one towel and one wash cloth and one bathrobe. For a double it should have at least had two of each. We stayed twice within the same week and it happened both times. Also the refrigerator would NOT get cold either time. I could not get my water cold - the fridge was lukewarm.

The location for walking around town was great. The staff was accomodating and the breakfast was delicious. The room was very nice and met out needs.

Good hotel in a good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was good and quite big, but the sauna was turned off. Location is great, only 10-15 minutes from/to airport.

New, modern hotel. Room was exceptionally clean. Good breakfast spread. They offer free delicious cakes and pastries all through the day, and free airport shuttle. A lovely touch!

Nice hotel in city center with true four star rating, friendly and helpful staff at reception. Hotel Provides airport transfer that i consider a really cool feature. Clean rooms, good breakfast. Loose nothing compare to brand hotel names that are more expensive.Definitely will stay again next time.

Clean and spacious. I especially enjoyed swimming laps in their indoor pool. It was also within walking distance of many tourist sites.

Absolutely amazing stay here and we came back again at the end of our trip. Beautiful reception area, rooms were spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip with a huge selection and great coffee. Bonus points for the free cakes and coffee throughout the day (which were amazing). Plus 5 free laundry items per person. Can't rate this place highly enough.

The wifi is really slow in the room but it’s fast in the lobby. Also, they tried to charge me $200 USD more for the room when checking out so just double check the currency rate to avoid any errors before paying.

Beautiful hotel right in the middle of the city and close to everything. Nice breakfast. Really nice rooms. Complimentary laundry as well. Lots of great perks.

I wish the quality of breakfast had been a bit better. :-) However it was still great!!!

Overall, it was great!, I enjoyed the laundry service—five pieces of clothing every day and the 24-hour free snack bar.

The staff was great, especially the manager who let us wait in the lobby after we checked out for a long time because our flights were early the next morning. Also, the free shuttle, the free laundry, free treats and coffee and juice all day… it was an incredible value. I’ll be staying at the Rumi every time I come to Tajikistan!
