Terrific. Excellent location on Rudaki Avenue. But no street noise. Great view of the city skyline, especially at night. Excellent restaurant (Buhoro Lounge) right on the street. Numerous other restaurants/stores close by. All else by taxi ($1). Full apartment: bathroom (with large water heater tank and washing machine, plus a bathtub/shower with multiple options i.e. rainfall shower head, European style handheld, faucet, and pressurized spray), kitchen (with stovetop/oven, fullsize fridge/freezer, microwave, kitchen sink, and all utensils/silverware/plates, etc.), dining room, bedroom, and living room. Air conditioning in both living room and bedroom. Everything's there for a comfortable extended stay. Great WiFi. Smart TV with Internet, Yahoo, MSN, TED, Vimeo, and YouTube. Also Netflix and Prime Video (your account). HDR enabled. Good sound quality as well. Copious seating areas in both the dining room and living room. Minimal noise from neighbors. Secure elevators (special fob supplied). The owner meets you at the airport so as to give you the keys and explain the WiFi which also means free airport transfer, regardless of time of arrival (mine was at 3am!). Honestly, it was the biggest and best apartment on Booking.com that I've stayed in while still being a terrific value. The owners speak Russian, German, and some English. VERY helpful! And nice! As for Dushanbe: very friendly and polite locals, although hardly anyone speaks English, so Google Translate is a must. Lots of pretty parks with water features. Major city, so good selection of stores/restaurants. WiFi is not that common in restaurants, but the dining possibilities for extremely cheap prices (Quail soup $3, Filet mignon $14, etc.) is wonderful and well worth taking advantage of. Daytime dining lessens the chance of smokers present. Very few restaurants have a non-smoking area. Visa better than MasterCard; foreign currency exchange for all else.

Absolutely no complaints whatsoever! Hard to imagine how the owners could have done better!
